Install was good but when I ordered the frig and installation, it did not offer changingbthevdoors to swing howcwe needed them. I assumed it was part of the install. It wasn't. I paid the installers to do it as I can't do it. A little disappointed that this was not clear at the outset.

They installed my refrigerator quickly. No big issues.

The men whobbrought my freezer were quick yet very careful and professional as they replaced one freezer with the new one.

I recently purchased new kitchen appliances and was beyond impressed by the skill, professionalism and speed of the installation team. They were extremely fast, were very detail oriented and considerate of my home when installing the appliances. They navigated narrow doorways without causing so much as a scratch and even wiped down my appliances before leaving! Communication was top notch and they texted and called prior to my appointment. I highly recommend and will be purchasing all future appliances through Best Buy based on delivery, installation and haul away!

The installation was quick and professional. The delivery guys cleaned up and spills and were in and out!

The installers correctly hooked up my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator to my water line. The fascinating part was watching the new way the installers lift up the refrigerator and carry it into the house with the belts they wear!

My fridge installation was relatively easy, as it required no hookups to existing water line. The guys communicated promptly and efficiently prior to delivery, unpackaged and installed the fridge, and made sure that feet were attached evenly.

This was one of the best delivery options. Two men came a week before to measure and make sure the refrigerator would fit in my kitchen. Two men brought the new refrigerator on time and placed the refrigerator in the proper place in the kitchen. They took the old refrigerator away. Everything was neat and by the time they left everything was working fine.

Just the same as with my refrigerator installation, the delivery/installation crew was very professional. They were very quick to complete their service. They arrived on time scheduel for the delivery. They were very attentive and made sure that all my questions were answered before leaving.

They were on time and took care of business, neatly and efficiently.

Everything was handled perfect. We had to replace a brand New Whirlpool. Whilpool warranty was trying to get out of replacing a 6 week refrigerator say it had to go to a committee. Structural damage is not classified as cosmetic damage. I have Best Buy coverage for everything I buy. They replaced it in two days no questions. Thank you Best Buy

Refrigerator was not 100% useable after the original installers left. There was no water or ice. I previously had a new line installed by a plumber. Best Buy did send out a new team to investigate. The original installers did not use the mandatory purchase of an installation kit that had a flexible line. When the original installers pushed the refrigerator back into its final resting place, it evidently kinked the water line and water would not flow. The new team found this right away. However, when they pushed it back in place, it kinked again and once more stopped flowing. One installer had to put his arm behind the fridge and hold it in place while the other installer pushed it back in place a second time. The water flowed again. I was very appreciative but still have not been refunded for the unused installation kit I had to purchase. I also wonder if this would not have happened if they had used the installation kit with the flexible hose in the first place. I don’t know the answer to this question. But the line my plumber installed is copper and is not flexible. The line on the refrigerator is a short blue line and appeared to bend easily. It is attached directly to the copper line. I only hope that if I have to move the fridge again, I don’t have to strategically hold the lines in place for it to work properly. I will keep a copy of this review in the event I have to call them back out.
