Same as a toilet waterline but much longer

First it is mandatory for proper installation of a refrigerator with ice cube feature, second you insist on a new line even though my existing line is the same as yours steel braided and we replaced an old line last year. Yes it works and does not leak(not supposed to leak).

Plugged it in and it is working

An extension cord was already put in place in preparation prior to delivery and it was plugged in. I guess they could have checked on leveling, but everything is working fine.

Received text message with updated time frame. Driver called to say he was free to deliver earlier than expected. Placed refrigerator exactly where I asked and leveled. No issues.

REFRIGERATOR

Issues with deliver and freezer function of a Sams

Freezer section from day 1 is generating excessive frost build up. Second delivery by Best Buy went well. First delivery, the Best Buy team dropped the refrigerator and broke it badly. Consequently, a second delivery was required. Tech support initially advised there were no identical refrigerators in stock, and that it would be several months to get a replacement. I contacted a Best Buy design specialist I have gotten to know in Pittsburgh. He looked on line and found over 50 of the same model refrigerator in stock in a New Jersey warehouse and arranged delivery. Evidentially, he has more / different system access than the Total Tech support specialists who told me there were none in stock. That is a problem Best Buy should investigate and resolve. Cudos to the Design specialist, Max Hurst, who helped me get the replacement refrigerator when Total Tech support failed to do so. But the replacement has significant frost build up issues in the freezer section that requires resolution.
