New fridge

IRRESPONSIBLE INSTALL WORKERS!

Came in 2 hrs early and 10 minutes after our phone call until I SPECIFICALLY told them to wait until our 12 pm appointment so I could be there. Proceeded to scratch up our new installed engineered wood flooring!!! Irresponsible employees!!! Contacted Best Buy but no follow up from them and its been over 30 days! Very, very poor!!! Had been a long time customer.

waterline hookup

They were able to use my existing water line so hooked it up and returned the new kit they had brought with. It all went very smoothly and professional. Good Job guys!!

Fridge Install

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First fridge had a bad data set on the overall height that left us about 1/2" short of fitting so we picked had to pick another and the retrieval and reinstall of the new fridge went well and we are all set now.

Good experience

The two installers were very professional and took COVID protection seriously. They wore shoe covers and masks. They were very respectful of our property and did a nice job installing our Fridge and the water line for the ice maker.

Door swings thee wrong way

They moved it only about 25’ from the truck to the garage. Might have been their easiest install of the day. I was disappointed by their refusal to switch the swing of the doors. They said it wasn’t on their order. When placing the order online I don’t recall an option to add door swing change.
