The installers called us when they were 30 minutes out and arrived promptly. They were professional, courteous and worked quickly to level and install our refrigerator perfectly. They then showed us how the various features of the refrigerator worked and helped us set them up. Also, they were really, really nice guys.

These guys checked my fridge and water line, the problem was with the builder, need faucet filter to be installed so water will go to refrigerator. Professional and courteous.

Guys were great. They delivered in the window they said and were very efficient and helpful setting it up (putting in place and plugging it in) and also explaining features and how to use.

Easy to install. Just wish it was easier to find out the specs on the water line and hook up info so I could have been better prepared with correct sizes and connectors.

Tech said he couldn’t install the hose sold to me because it was too short and he also said that they don’t go through the cabinets to run the hose if I would have known this I wouldn’t have paid for it even if it was returnable the fact that I have to drive back to the store and get my refund other then that they were super fast delivery. Maybe they could explain it better at the store or ask more questions on information of placement of refrigerator

Very professional. Explained everything and knew what they were doing. As well recommended calling Best Buy for the damages on the fridge that were done at the warehouse.

The delivery team did a great job of not only setting up, but also finding the water valve in the basement, which was a bit of a challenge. They also inserted the filter and made sure everything was perfect prior to departing. They were polite, thorough, and professional.

The crew was efficient and got everything done without problems. I was shown how to set the temperatures and made sure that I had the manual. I was the first delivery, so they were happy that everything went well.

I haven't had any issues from the hookup they did.

The 3 stars is an average score for giving 1 for the product and 5 for the great service that Best Buy provided in mitigating the problem, The fridge stopped cooling a week after we bought it but Best Buy is sending a brand new one on March 20 2023. They will also send us a voucher/check for the spoiled food during Thanksgiving week. Good job Best Buy!
