Good for my newly build home. Good knowledge. Very friendly. Cleaned all the mess.

They arrived to set up the freezer within the specified time window. It took them less than 5 minutes to get a freezer into my house and all set up. They took all of the trash with them so that there was no mess when they were gone.

We love this fridge. Plenty of room. Only room for 6 or 7 upright large bottles/containers like 2 qt milk/juice, wine etc. No separate compartment for cheese. Space has to be sacriificed for the ice-maker /water-dispenser in one of the doors.

The two gentlemen who came to install our new refrigerator were stellar! Very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. They did a thorough job, quickly and efficiently and did a great job at cleaning up any mess (which was next to nothing). Great company representatives!! Bravo!!

Luis and the crew were absolutely absolutely absolutely wonderful. Very kind and very helpful.

Everything was unboxed and set up quickly and efficiently. All tape was removed and shelves were installed, and the freezer was moved into place and plugged in. The temperature was set for the freezer, and everything was leveled as well.

The delivery guys were kindly, quick, and friendly.

Well if this is for the first install, we had problems. Left door handle not screwed on snd I immediately scratched the door trying to open freezer. Also fridge seemed mouser than the old one. Could not get tech crew out fir 2 tries (“We install water lines, not fix door handles”). Salesperson just got us a new fridge! Door handle properly installed and fridge leveled (which had not been done first time). No more swinging door that hit the wall and now it is quiet. Lovely fridge with 2nd install.

I've used installation services for both a Dryer and Refrigerator and can only give top marks. These guys come when they say they will and are fast. You are up and running in no time. Can't say enough about them.

Works Great. Just what I Needed. Perfect size for a Single person.

From ringing my doorbell to removing the old refrigerator to installing the new one took 31 minutes (I looked at time stamps on my doorbell camera). And that included helping me move a piece of furniture back in place that I had moved to make way for the delivery. The delivery people were very careful and courteous. They were masked. They took the time to remind me to not use the first several gallons of water from the dispenser and to discard the first 24 hours of ice. Helped me overcome a pinhole leak in the existing 1/4" copper supply line, where he could have said that was beyond the scope of the install. Leveled the refrigerator and everything.

The refrigerator was so big the delivery crew had to completely disassemble the doors to get it in the house. They took great care in doing so and then reassembling the refrigerator. I had to have them adjust the doors when they finished as one was uneven, but they did it right away.

Delivery crew provided convenient daily and hourly delivery updates. The day before it was a 12 hour delivery window. Which was narrowed down to a hourly timeframe and eventually to a phone call to say they were on the way, They were very cordial and efficient with installation and removal of old refrigerator. Took one star off for the sales person at the store and the customer service reps who failed to input the initial delivery dates properly. Thus no delivery dates were inputted to their system but, I received confirmation emails as proof these delivery errors. Contacted customer service a second time to clarify these delivery date errors. This very helpful representative filed an inquiry and eventually a acceptable delivery date was rescheduled from 1 month out delivery and installation to 8 days, Thanks to Best Buy for making good on this issue!

We purchased a Frigidaire a Refrigerator but it only had a 1 year warranty. So we exchanged it for an LG Refrigerator which has a 10 year warranty on the compressor which is the most important part of the Refrigerator. The men who came to make the exchange were so nice and respectful, we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to do the job. They were very professional and knowledgeable and our Refrigerator was delivered Perfectly with no dents. I am telling all of my friends and family about Best Buy because they're employees care about what they do for their Customers!

Top notch installation service. Professional crew who handled the install carefully

Guys from Best Buy walked our new fridge in with out it ever touching the ground. We have a laminate floor and were concerned about the dolly marring the floor. Installed new stainless water line as well effortlessly. No issues at all. These guys seemed to know what they were doing.

Very quick and easy install. It didn't require water supply, so it was quiet simple, but the guys did a great job!
