Freezer was delivered and set up in less than 15 minutes and this included the old freezer being picked up and loaded. Very efficient delivery.

The Geek Squad sis our installation. The two guys were friendly, careful, and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and had to go through some narrow doors, therefore they had to remove the refrigerator doors. No problem!

This Waterline connection item worked as promised.

Installation consisted of plugging it in. It wasn't unpacked or leveled. We needed the doors to open on the opposite side and were told they couldn't do that, there were too many screws. They put a dent in the side of it. I wasn't given a time frame for delivery they just showed up to our restaurant at noon. Then I was on hold with Customer service for 102 minutes.

Best Buy has the best thing going on major appliances. Where else can you get free installation and delivery? You simply buy the parts, they install the product. Simple. Done.

The installers showed up early and called about 15 minutes prior to arrival. They fit a huge fridge through tiny doorways and made sure to not damage the fridge or my walls. Took their time to make sure it was installed correctly.

1st refrigerator cam damaged... second is fine so far. Ice maker is very slow at making ice

Best Buy delivery is the best. You schedule online when you purchase. They verify by email and phone. The also call you when they are on the way. They delivered, installed, and removed the old frig. It was seamless.

Our installers were great - removed the old fridge, and installed the new one in just 1/2 hour. They were professional, capable, and polite. We were pleased!

I know it is crazy, but to get dropped off the delivery list the day I took off work for the installation of my refrigerator was very disappointing. They called me to let me know it would be later, but all the kept saying was "it's on the truck". After another 3 hours I called them, and all the lady could say was "it's on the truck". I told her I know it's on the truck, when will it be delivered...again; "it's on the truck." :-(

they would not install the refrigerator since the waterline was old, i had to call a plumber out to replace that for me. When trying to get the guys back to install in the same day, they couldn't reach the installers so i ended up having the plumber help me install it instead.

Install team was wonderful. Very professional and courteous. Set the refrigerator/freezer up and explained the set-up, setting, etc. Mahalo!

Certainly appreciated the work of the guys who delivered and installed our new refrigerator. Was VERY impressed that they had a system to lift the fridge safely through the doorway instead of wrestling it into the house on a hand truck!
