Installer Harry and another guy installed refrigerator within 15 minutes and removed inside packing of the fridge and explained what they know and what they do not know. Excellent installers.

I did not use this tool, however, the installer was extremely considerate, efficient, and quickly installed the refrigerator. He reviewed everything with me and was respectful of my home.

The men who delivered my refrigerator were great. They missed the delivery window due to crazy traffic but called to let me know they would be late. Took away my old fridge and installed the new one without any problems on an extremely hot day. Cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.

Freezer was installed and we did not need any water hooked up

I would have given 5 stars if the handle on my refrigerator wasn't loose. I had to make four appointments and stayed home waiting and no body showed up. I was sent an e-mail that I had canceled the appointments when I did no such thing. I finally got a person that was an American and got results. My experience with Best Buy wasn't exactly something I want to repeat.

No complaints work how they should no problems at all

The two guys that installed our refrigerator did an amazing job. They were courteous, worked efficiently, and knowledgeable about our appliance.

We had already removed the existing fridge so connecting to the water line was easy. Just attached the connection to the new one and slid the new fridge in place where the old one was, All packaging and debris taken away I gave them a tip for the quick and painless install and they were off to the next stop in a flash

The deliverers were awesome. They were not intimidated by small doorways and navigated fridge into place and hooked up. They pointed out what might be scrapes on door handles and were ready to order new ones but realized it was just smudges.

The installation was as scheduled. They called to confirm and were on time. The installation was done promptly and professionally.

Good product water filtered water has good pressure. Quick installation.

.. And they did a great job getting the heavy new fridge up to, and the old fridge down from, the 2nd floor kitchen via a twisting staircase without scratching either the fridge or the stairs. More than this I cannot ask.

Opened box and took the box and all the packing away with them. Leveled it and installed the handle. There was no water line hookup or anything else to do other than plug it in!

Overall great experience, very professional and showed up when they said they were gonna be there. Prepped the space.

All went smoothly and have had no problems thus far!

I have an older house and the Refrigerator cabinet didn't have an existing water source right behind fridge, except a hose from under the sink with shutoff valve. They said they couldn't hook up due to possible leaks, so I had to do that myself. Not a big deal but they shut off water to unhook old fridge, they could have hooked up and made sure it was properly connected vs refusing because of rule.
