Not crazy about stainless steel but could not get white in time required and it was more money. Had trouble with lst delivery and a replacement refrig was sent out all is ok with that one

Great Job very fast and efficient. Took time to make sure the water dispenser was working correctly and start purging the carbon filter so the water ran clear.

Easy to install on the refrigerator and doesn't leak

The installers were on time and willing to answer my questions. They used high quality water line - especially compared to what I had - and explained how to protect the line from pinches that could lead to a water leak. This was important to me as that had happened to my previous water line.

The refrigerator was installed and functional except for the waterline. They said that they don’t have the long line that’s needed to connect it and so we were left with no use of the ice maker and water dispenser. We had to pay a professional plumber $150 + taxes to connect it to our waterline to be able to use the ice maker and water dispenser which took him only about 15 minutes to do!

Delivery people were very helpful, nice and on time. My only complaint is their shoes were dirty and they got dirt on my base boards and floor.

The install never happened. Because of my old copper connections. At the end I end up connecting my fridge and got my money back.

The 2 gentlemen that removed & replaced my new refrigerator as the 1st one had a broken ice maker were very nice. The ice maker in the 2nd refrigerator started making ice w/in 24 hrs.

The delivery and installation from Best Buy were great. They arrived on time. Removed my old fridge and connected the water line to my new fridge. The space was tight but they took extra care to avoid any issues. They leveled my new fridge. Made sure the water was working. Everything went smooth.
