Perfect Installation!!! No problems whatsoever!!!!

The two men delivering the freezer did a swift but excellent job of setting the freezer up in our garage. They answered questions and were very courteous.

Delivery and hookup was fine. The elevator was broken so the had to come back and did so without complaint and with no extra charge. They delivered 3 refrigerators at the same time so not an easy feat.

My delivery guys were very professional and they knew what they were doing, got it done quickly. and done correctly!!!

It was nice not worrying about getting the new fridge all set up and ready. The doors were a little uneven and they fixed that quickly.

Guys came with new fridge and I was told that they are not allowed to connect waterline to fridge because it was copper even though I had purchased the additional connector and water line recommended by Best Buy. The guy said he’d do it for me and did. Good thing I double checked his work after he left because it was leaking on my wood floor. They are not plumbers for sure. I ended up doing the job myself but I am professionally experienced in plumbing so it wasn’t a big deal.

Anything Best Buy Sells is Pure Gold!! We have never purchased an item that didn't workout for us!

Installation of our new refrigerator was supposed to be “fully installed and ready to use when we leave”…that’s definitely not what we got! They hooked up the water line, but that’s actually all they did. We spent the next hour pulling off all the tape, installing the shelves, and disposing of all the packing material. Considering that we actually paid extra for this service, I wouldn’t do it again.

Refrigerator looks nice. It has Nice storage and space.

Professional and fast set up. No problems at all..

When I finally got the right on after 2 attempts, it works perfect and didn't even notice that the water dispenser had a light built in it. Just a very nice and needed added feature. Thank you!!!

The men who delivered the refrigerator were quick, neat and competent. We had a plumber run a new line for the ice maker hook-up so not much installation was required, just connecting one line to the other.

It was the cheapest refrigerator and it does the job as anyone can expect

Samsung 4 door 29 cubic foot refrigerator works very well and has a good storage setup. The delivery team was very good at bringing the fridge into our home and installing it. They answered all questions.

The two gentlemen that delivered and installed our new refrigerator were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I apologize not remembering their names, but I really hope they are able to get this positive feedback because they did such a wonderful job.

The install team did the best that anyone could do. They took there time to make sure the two senior citizens were able to adjust to new technology before they left us with this new refrigerator.
