Very easy to connect to the existing water supply.

The two installers were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Removal and haul away of our heavy, old Viking refrigerator went far better than expected.

The installation process was very smooth and quick. Two guys brought the fridge hooked up everything showed me basic uses of fridge like how to get water and ice where is the ice box and filter. very professional.

The men who delivered and installed my refrigerator done an excellent job. Very respectful and very helpful.

The installation guys did a great job. Granted there wasn't much to do as it was basically plugging it in. They did tell me how to work with the new refrigerator for the first 24 hours and they did make sure it was working before they left.

Guys changed detnted door out and made arrangements for me to get compensated for previous delivery person's error of breaking a tray on the old refrigerator. Very good experience.

Brought it in a placed it. did not center it in opening space. Did not balance the door to swing open gently when filled with weight. Did balance it empty, but they should have owner fill the door or they should have a way of knowing how to balance it with the weight of the door shelves filled. I don't think they even put a level on the refrigerator or the open door to try to balance the door. Didn't clean the surface so left oily marks on the stainless steel doors. They should leave it with the door finish all super clean and inspected. We noticed later in different light that there is a lot of rust looking on the grain of the stainless. Installers should notice that and have the approved rust remover/cleaner with them to clean it or report it for return or replace doors if it can't be removed with cleaner. We have cleaner order so will see how it works.

Great delivery experience. Very careful, no nicks, dents or scratches. Plugged in, set up, hooked up water line, leveled and made sure it worked. Great job. I have had 3 major deliveries this year and this refrigerator delivery was the best of the 3. Thanks!

Great refrigerator with a few quirks The design is great and the lack of handles means it has smudges on it from closing all the time The top doors don't self close and I am not clear why you want to connect to this

Guys were great with bringing product in and tried to install the waterline but my fitting was not compatible with the hoses. But the guy did his best to try and finish the installation. That's all I could of asked for.

Connection of the refrigerator was excellent!!! LOL!!! Since we won't be using the ice maker the only connection necessary was to plug the refrigerator into the wall receptacle..

I think this should come free when you buy an applicance

Delivery Team was excellent. They were very professional and polite through the process. Also, they ensured we were happy with the placement of the refrigerator. Best I have encountered!!

Refrigerator install went very well and everything was set up and the guys showed me how everything worked.

Very impressed with the timeliness of the delivery and the professionalism of the delivery workers, We even had to reschedule at the last minute and were able to seamlessly do it through my account without issue.
