Unfortunately, the guys who set up the refrigerator did not level it. They seemed unsure how to do that so I wound up having someone else level it the following day. Otherwise fine.

Delivery and installation of my LG 4 door refrigerator freezer was done well. Installers came on time and installed the new refrigerator and removed my old one very efficiently

Geek Squad came and did all of the hookups for our new refrigerator. They made it very easy by hauling away our old model and installing the new model. They came on time and let us know when they would be arriving. They were courteous and clean while in our home.

The men who delivered the freezer were very profressioal and did a great job installing the new frezzer, setting it up and giving me basic operation information. They arrived on time.

They did show up when expected and the refrigerator was undamaged and they were careful bringing it in. Only a few issues. The doors were not lined up and they did not level it. Turns out it came with shims for the door alignment but they didn't give them to me. They were in a big rush and didn't take all the packing tape off the inside. I did have a problem with the extra $30 to connect the water hose. I did it and it cost me $1.29 at Home Depot

Logan was knowledgeable and pleasant. We knew what we wanted, cancelled our order from Menards and chose Best Buy. We Han already waited 2+ months for back order. We were able to obtain in 5 days from Best Buy.

The guys delivered and set everything up in about 15 minuts. That even included showing me how to set my temperature. They really know their stuff!

The delivery and installation of my fridge and range went very smoothly. Very courteous and knowledgeable team. Set up and explained the use of my new appliances so i felt very comfortable using. Great delivery team.

Install went well and technicians were very professional

The installation was great, the technicians were very careful not to damage my house. Although. The refrigerator had a dent in it.

The delivery was on time and that was about it. All they had to do was install the fridge in the garage (no water connections), level it and maybe switch the doors. They got if off the truck, I asked my wife if we should give them a tip. She said yes. I went inside, moving a little slow because of surgery, came out and it was in the garage, running and they were leaving. As they were leaving my wife asks them to switch the doors so they would swing from the other side. They tell us this fridge doesn't do that. They leave. From what I could see it could, so we looked in the reference book and it could be done. I asked my wife did they level it? She said no. They didn't even get all the plastic off of it on the inside, actually none. So, my wife and I go out, I lean on fridge (I was not suppose to do that) and she gets on the floor to adjust it. We are both into our 60's easily. If you can do it yourself, save your $$$ and do it yourself, which I would have done if not for back surgery. OR just don't buy from them and go with someone reputable. On the bright side the fridge works very well.
