Installation was quick and easy as it was performed at home by technicians. The service provided was very friendly and trouble free. It's one of the reasons why I'll continue to purchase kitchen appliances or other home appliances from Best Buy.

I'm reviewing the delivery system. I had a lot of issues with it as I had to miss 3 days of work to receive my fridge! Every time they were supposed to come, no one showed up and then blamed me from not being home when I was almost by the door and peeking through windows waiting on them. There were a lot of phone calls made but little help. When I finally got it delivered, the men who installed it were polite and efficient. They were careful not to damage the item and overall very professional. I'm happy with the installation per se, not the whole delivery process.

Vic and Seth did a very nice and thorough job on the refrigerator installation. They cleaned up after themselves as well and removed all trash with them.

I bought a Lg french door refrigerator. I love it. It meets all my expections. Hold a lot of food for the freezer and frig. The guys who installed it were great. Did not scratch anything at all, very careful. Wonderful experience

The gentleman who delivered my freezer were helpful and courteous and took the time to explain its settings and make sure it was balanced. Was happy with install.

We had at Best Buy Team complete the connection to existing waterline and so glad we did. they actually found a problem in our existing line which we were able to contact a plumber for repair.

They guys hauled out our old fridge and brought in the new one without damaging anything. Both units weigh over 300 lbs. They had to take apart the new fridge to get it to fit through the front door and still it was a tight fit. They got the new one installed with no damage and no mess. Would hire them again.

I highly recommend having experienced people take care of this for you to alleviate the possibility of high stress later if something were to go awry and you find yourself standing in a puddle.
