The guys carefully brought the product in and hooked it up to the line and pushed it in. We just finished putting handles on doors but easy enough to do. Very friendly staff. Just glad my husband and I didn’t have to carry that thing in.

With the great delivery the freezer was connected with little to no issues

Unfortunately, the carrying straps that the delivery crew used to get the refrigerator in the house damaged the side of the unit. Luckily, they reported it, and I was able to get a new refrigerator. Once that one was delivered, the same issue happened, but to a lesser degree. In the future, the delivery folks should put a towel/blanket over the unit before having it touch the medal of the straps, which caused the scratching and denting. Upon talking to Best Buy about it, there was great follow-up and they provided me with a $75 store credit.

The gentlemen who brought the refrigerator had it set up and running including the water connection in very short order. They did an excellent job.

I'm impressed with the quality of workmanship Best Buy has with their delivery people and installers. No banging into furniture or scraping walls, they were respectful of my belongings, and they were quick to finish. I was particularly shocked that the Folsom store actually delivered to Pollock Pines!

If you have a plastic water line like I do they will make you hook it up yourself. They did stand over me and show me what to do so that was nice. Guess they just don’t want the liability.

Best Buy's subcontracted delivery and installation provider, Pilot Freight Services, refused to disconnect our old refrigerator waterline and haul away the old refrigerator. They also refused to install the new stainless steel purchased waterline to the new refrigerator. We attempted to resolve this with Best Buy and Total Tech through numerous telephone calls. We had to hire a plumber to disconnect our old refrigerator from the waterline and connect our new refrigerator to the existing copper waterline and valve. Haul away of the old refrigerator was handled 6 days after the original scheduled date by a different Best Buy subcontractor; these people were competent, efficient and helpful. To date, Best Buy/Total Tech has not resolved our issues with the non-performance, refund of a non-delivered part, and additional expense we incurred.

The crew came in and measured to make sure there was enough room, and had to take off the fridge handles. They then brought in the fridge and reinstalled handles and set up the fridge for use very quickly

The team kept me informed of their arrival time, and were professional and prompt when they arrived.

The installation was great. They took good care of my home and the refrigerator as they moved it in and set it up. Outstanding work.

Delivery to garage made uncomplicated delivery. No stairs or doorways to navigate. Plug it in and we're done. They did not remove all the packing or protective covering. It wasn't difficult to complete.

My installers were great! No issues there at all. I especially liked how they kept me informed about how far out they were so I had plenty of time to get the dogs crated before they arrived.

The Best Buy Technician installed my new water line and no leaks at all.

My new connection to my waterline makes all the difference for my new LG fridge. The water and ice taste great. Better to have a new and fresh connector than save a few bucks with a used one.

The installation was not the problem. The email scheduling my date of installation was a different date. I had to go to the best buy store to check on correct delivery date.

They brought in the appliance and hooked it up and i didnt have to worry about the garbage. They dont hookup waterlines which is not an issue for me but it may be for others. It was free so i can't complain.
