The service guy was able to turn the water valve and disconnect the water line. And he replaced the water line and turned the water back on. Great job!

The delivery and installation came out of San Marcos and they were right on time (beginning of the time window given) and courteous and fast. Placed into a brand new home and no nicks, scrapes or mishaps. Showed some of the features and were gone before you knew it. Great experience.

The 2 gentlemen who delivered our freezer were very courteous and helpful! They completely set the freezer up, made sure all the shelves were positioned properly and removed all packaging. They also made sure I knew how to level the freezer.

Very pleased with the installation process. The two installers were both polite and efficient.They picked up all packing material, explained how the refrigerator worked before leaving. What mostly impressed me was the care they used when bringing the refrigerator inside, and removing the old refrigerator.

Delivery of our new refrigerator was exceptional due to considerate employees whom were patient with us as we conveniently were able to place our new fridge where we wanted it to go.

The young men that delivered my stove, and the young men who later came and delivered my refrigerator were very professional, courteous and careful in how they maneuvered the appliances into my house. I was exceptionally happy with them.

Install of new and removal of old fridge was timely and carefully done. Installers were courteous and strong and protected our wood flooring.

These installers actually did two installations. The first time was for a refrigerator that we returned because we did not like the product. The first time they did the installation, they were fine - nothing superb, but were fine. When they returned about two weeks later to uninstall the first fridge and install the replacement, they just rushed the job. The uninstall was fine, but when they installed the current fridge, they did fully remove all of the packaging nor did they secure the footings. As such, we ended up having Geek Squad come out a few days later to fix everything and they did a great job!

The individuals who delivered and installed my refrigerator were great! They were friendly, professional, and highly skilled and knowledgeable. I don't remember their names but a big shout out to both of them.

The installation of my new appliance was flawless! The team worked very diligently and in a timelessness manner. The team also provided education on my unit as I had several questions. I would use their services again!

Unfortunately, non amercian made refrigerator. We had just over a year and the ice maker started failing early. Trying to get it fixed, terrible, as Best Buy does not have approved service technicians in the Casper, WY area. Plus you get a ot of run around calling Whirlpool in general offering promises but prolonging easy solutions (Just replace it perirod). We are very concerned about buying anything from Best buy as there is no back up help to repair products. I guess we are thankful for a replacement refrigerator (after a year of contact with Best Buy and Whirlpool). We, however, are now worried if we will have the same problem with this Whirlpool refrigerator.

Installers were great and made sure everything was in working order. They were respectful, helpful snd kind.

Quality parts were installed professionally. The price is probably higher than other stores but it's hard to beat the convenience.

Existing water line, did not require special connections ......did have to take special care when returning refrigerator to enclosed space so the line did Not get clipped, bent or creased

Installation was a breeze. Very courteous and thoughtful men came to install and make sure everything was in working order. So careful not to make any kind of mess.

I wasn't home when the guys brought the refrigerator into the kitchen but my wife said it was incredible how they got through the door without a problem and set it up within 15 minutes and were very nice and pleasant.

The install team was great. Very professional and quick. They worked with me to help with getting the fridge in the house and setup.

It would have been nice to have the legs leveled instead of just plugging it in the wall
