Great service and works, no issues for us so go ahead and get it! They did scrape the side a big but it was a tight space

Came in and set up for me. It was easy but made sure everything was working correctly and answered questions on how to keep the going. Also showed me how to switch to refrigerator if I wanted to.

Got a new fridge from Best Buy. Decided to hit the easy button and schedule delivery and installation. Great decision. Let professionals worry about it so I don't have to deal with it. Because, I can assure you, I would have messed it up. Just save yourself the headache and do it.

MyBestBuy delivery team had it hooked up and installed in less than 30 minutes. They were thoughtful and considerate of their surroundings. They did it so quickly and efficiently.

The two men who eventually did the installation were hardworking the lead man figured out how to get the old refrigerator into the basement, removed forts on the wall and on the fridge and they did a great job. The two men who delivered the new refrigerator said they were not allowed enough time on the order to remove and replace. That was disappointing as the salesman in Columbia knew that was needed but either did not add that to the order or the first installers were lazy.

It’s a great brand LG, looks more expensive and the size is perfect for a big family

The Geek Squad did an awesome job delivering and installing my new Whirlpool French Doors/Bottom Freezer. There was no damage, but they did need to take the house entrance door off to get the fridge inside. The two technicians were patient, took the Whirlpool apart easily, and moved in the fridge in parts. Then, then put the fridge together again, and you could not tell the unit was not ever less than one piece. They did a great job.

They were great installing fridge. Did miss a slight piece of protective film at top of door, but being taller than most may be the only reason I even noticed.

Delivery was quick and efficient. The old refrigerator was removed and new one was installed perfectly.

Two man crew did a fantastic job installing my new refrigerator. Using the strap system to lift and move the unit worked great!! The men were very careful, moving the unit in place expertly and efficiently with no damage. I was absolutely astounded as they worked with minimal clearance around my center kitchen island. Installation was completed quickly and refrigerator works and looks great! Many thanks to our delivery/installation team!!

My freezer was installed and working fast. Arrived 2 days after purchase. The installers were quick and Arrived at scheduled yime. They called me when they got here. Loaded up my old freezer and got new one up and working . They were very friendly and informative. Answered all my questions

The installation gentleman did a great job and got us all set up with our new Fridge and took our old one away, They were efficient and polite and friendly The one issue I had was probably not their fault, but I was told the window for them to arrive was between 7 am-1 pm. They didn't call to say they were on their way until around 12:40 or so. I understand the need for a large window, but this was frustrating. Not being able to get any updates on when they would arrive. Maybe look into getting a better system to alert the customers and give them updates.

Delivery was very good. Two men had to lug refrigerator up a set of stairs. They were strong and efficient and courteous. Only problem was they did not hook up the water to water line/ice maker. Water line was there in the wall. Not sure if I paid extra for installation but they didn’t do it. My son had to do it the next day. However It is working excellently

Great fridge but needs more shelves. I'm gonna have to order adjustable shelves from Amazon so I can add more shelves. It's a waste of space with only having 4 shelves. This fridge is huge and should have been made with 6 shelves or more

Installers did a great job. They answered all our questions.

Unlike the crew who originally delivered my refrigerator, this one immediately knew why the auto-fill pitcher was not working. They were even more knowledgeable about the product than the GE person I spent 15 minutes on the phone with trying to diagnose the problem. I knew from previous experience that the pitcher should have filled immediately after the fridge was connected, but the first guy told me that it would take a couple of hours to “calibrate” and left me with an empty water pitcher. Two days later, and still not a drop of water, I called GE thinking their representative could easily diagnose the problem. Instead, after walking me through several steps, she insisted that this particular model did not have an on/off switch for the water pitcher and the unit must be defective. Ironically, the ice maker was working great so there was obviously not a problem with either the water line connection or the filter. When the guys arrived a few days later to take a look I was prepared for them to tell me that the fridge was defective and would need to be replaced. To my surprise, immediately after I explained the problem, one of the three guys simply reached up and pressed a somewhat hidden button and “voila” the water pitcher filled up!
