Installation service was excellent. The men who delivered and installed my new frig did an excellent job.

Nightmare installation. The first team that came said they couldn't turn off the water to the old fridge. The plumber came and that line was off! Cost 65 dollars. The fridge they unpacked had a massive dent and I wouldn't accept it. The next team did the installation but said they had no time to do the hinge reversal as was planned. The 3rd team was great. Very professional fixed the hinges and handles in short order. So, I was without a refrigerator for much longer than necessary, paid a plumbing bill I didn't need to and very unhappy.

Best Buy's staff was friendly and helpful in getting the refrigerator properly installed. They drained the water line first, I likely wouldn't have done that if I were doing it. Definitely appreciate the guidance!

The installation went smoothly. The installers were on-time. The installation was completed in a timely manner. They provided instructions regarding water filter change when needed. No issues so far.

delivery persons was very professional. We requested that the water not be connected to the refrigerator since we have well water. They respected our wishes.

Everything was already there. I just had to unhook old line and hook up new line. Just used a wrench.

The installers were in a rush to get in and get out. Which is nice, but the fridge had issues. Not nice to make the customer feel rushed.

These guys are great! Easy to work with and communicative.

From start to finish, it took him all the time he needed to achieve his goal. We now have water that pours from our refrigerator on demand. And don't even get me started on that ice!
