The guys who came to remove the old refrigerator were kind and in time. Would always recommend them to purchase anything and have them remove and replace any appliances

The refrigerator is great, and I would highly recommend it. The install was stressful, since Marcos (the installer) seemed keen to just drop of the refrigerator and be on his way, rather than connect to the water supply. He said that he would not connect it to the RO unit the older refrigerator unit was connected to. Then he said, he cannot remove the old fridge unless I disconnect the tubing to the RO unit. He just wanted to drop off the fridge outside our house and take off. He then said, you have 15 minutes to disconnect the RO unit from the old fridge, or he is leaving. After I disconnected the RO unit, and he replaced old refrigerator with the new Bosch, I asked him to connect to the regular water connection. He seemed reluctant to make the connection, and then said, well if you want to connect the RO unit go ahead. So I connected the RO to the Bosch, and it all ended well, but was quite stressful. Throughout, it was clear he just wanted to drop off the refrigerator and be on his way.

The installers were amazing, first of all, they carried the most awful Samsung fridge out of my house for good, and installed a beautiful new GE! It only gets better from here!

Raphael and his partner was the best! They removed that big fridge out and bought in the new without a hiccup. Thank you again guys!

Good crew for the install. They noticed some damage on the drip tray and immediately called their superiors and offered us a gift card or another fridge. They were honest and sincere.

The actual install was great but it took them 3 separate visits because I had a built in refrig and was replacing it with a regular refrig. The first two crews said that they couldn't remove the built in. I had specifically told the sales man I had a built in. I told the scheduler after the first visit didn't finish the job and he still sent the wrong team. Third time was the charm.

Gift card was a great incentive that tipped the decision to buy at Best Buy

Bought this as a gift. The delivery service was awful! Was promised between 8am and noon. Did not hear anything from them. Finally called at 2:30pm and was told it would be there in an hour. After numerous calls and numerous so called managers, it arrived at 8:50 pm. Dent in door to boot. Needless to say, we were not happy. The family that it was bought for work all week, so it was very difficult to set up a different date, which should not have been necessary to begin with. The door was replaced a week later. Not very good service.

Excellent work in all aspects: bringing in the refrigerator, attaching the connections, centering the refrigerator into the spot I asked them to. They were courteous, efficient and knew their work.

The installation team for Best Buy did a great job. We actually had an issue with our new refrigerator, so they had to come and install a replacement unit within a couple weeks. The installers were friendly and knowledgable both times and did a great job of working around our kitchen layout.

Very happy with my purchase. The only issue was that it arrived with a damaged door and it took Best Buy about a month to get it replaced. Other than that the fridge has been good.

Installers were timely and nice. Fridge came with slight damage from warehouse and they pointed it out right away. Received store credit toward another purchase.

The installation crew was not only efficient and fast, but so polite, taking the time put the refrigerator where I wanted it and explaining how it works, etc. Highly recommend the install!
