The Best Buy technician installed my fridge in under 30 minutes and provided suggestions about letting my ice tray fill at least twice before using and running at least two gallons of water through the dispenser to ensure the proper water filtration quality!

I paid for the delivery and installation of a Samsung refrigerator. We asked Best Buy to call us to let us know when the delivery was on the way. They didn’t call. The delivery people were not friendly but the item did come undamaged. The installation was fast. We were told to sign the delivery receipt and we noticed after they left that they were supposed to go over the features of the fridge with us. They didn’t do that. I would recommend delivery and installation through Best Buy simply because it’s convenient.

The guys were quick, efficient, and above all very careful and respectful of my home.

The installers came in, removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one. They were careful not to scrape the wall and floor. They had some disassembly to fit the refrigerator in the kitchen and they handled that with ease.

Great customer service. The two gentleman was so nice and respectful and on time.

Picked up a refrigerator online and it came with free installation. The guys that installed it didn't give me an option to put the door on the side that was most convenient for me, so I had to do it myself the following week and it was a pain in the butt and injured myself in the process. Talked to customer service and they said, they should have done that for me when they installed it. But the worst issue was when they installed this item, it was missing one screw for the handle. I have spent months and hours trying to get the right screw sent to me. Plus the guys that installed it, ordered the wrong screws. They sent me the wrong screw 4 times. And customer service had no idea what was going on and got disconnected so many times. I must have spent a good 10 hours on the phone with them trying to do the right thing. Finally found a good representative and he told me to tell them just tell them you want a new fridge since this one was not complete. So instead of sending me the right screw, they are taking away a perfectly good fridge and giving me a new one next week. As far as installation. Its the luck of the draw. You may get good installers, you may get bad ones. So good luck.

The guys who delivered our refrigerator were amazing in delivering the new refrigerator but they were exceptional in bringing in the refrigerator and setting everything else.

Refrigerator was delivered within the stated time period. The installation was smoothly and efficiently performed. The technician set it up and demonstrated all features. Excellent, professional experience for me.

Did a good job. The first delivery of a different fridge was a disaster, however.

Installers were very professional and did an excellent job! There was an early appointment availability due to cancellation, so I didn’t have to wait till late afternoon.

First guys were obviously new and scratched the doors and made a small dent because they didn't want to take the doors off before comping thru my patio. They were very nice though and we swapped it out with a new one. The second tam was really goo and I would have given them a 5 Star rating

Excellent service. Delivery people were professional, made sure everything was to my liking before leaving. Every piece of cardboard, paper and plastic was picked up.

We were beyond pleased with our delivery/installation of our new refrigerator. Both Geek Squad employees were masked, efficient, and courteous. Would definitely order appliance delivery through Best Buy again.

I wasn't home because we had to reschedule the delivery date due to the winter snow storm... but once the guys made the delivery, I was satisfied with their work.
