The installation of our new refrigerator went very well. The installers were on time, fast, and professional.

The installation team arrived within the appointed time frame. All four men were very professional and careful not to damage anything. Social distancing and other Covid precautions were constantly maintained. Very impressed!

Parts were free with fridge purchase, these are needed to put the fridge together. Delivery dropped off at our door step and they unwrapped it and bright it in for us. White glove service

The space is amazing for a side by side. I love that the ice maker is on the door and the ice holder is inside on the door instead of in the freezer taking on space. So happy with my choice.

These guys were great. Very personable and had a good time being that they were carrying a very heavy fridge into our house and hooking it up for us. They were professional and seemed to enjoy their job. Took their time and did it right which was much appreciated.

one of the best refrigerators I ever bought was the Samsung with the big TV screen on the front.. it even let you know when you leave the door open, you can see through the screen without opening the door which is a plus.

The Best Buy deivery people did an excellent job on delivering and installing my new refrerator. They very carefully moved it into the house and did a great set-up job and were able to answer all my questions.

Seeing as this wasn't part of my delivery install. Seeing as I have bad water and that's why they didn't do a ice maker install, I shouldn't get points, but I'm sure when they do it , it would be awesome.

The install of the water line was important so let the pros do it. It seemed easy but I was not going to take any chances. They show that it works and flush the line before they leave that way your water is clean. Good job guys.

They put it in and then left. Didn’t need to worry. Came on time as well

I was never informed when purchasing the fridge that i needed to have a shut off valve behind the fridge. When the installers came they refused to install the fridge without it being there. I had to wait another week and a half befor they would come out again. The second time they came out i informed them that i would do it myself as i decided not to install the shut off valve. They did it without hesitation unlike the first delivery crew. This should be informed to purchasers so they can make the necessary arrangements prior to the delivery arriving. When i called to reschedule i was told i needed to wait until the next day for the fridge to return to the warehouse. I was advised customer service that they should let us know that we needed the valve when we bought it. Customer service compared my purchase of a $3000 fridge to buying a coke. She advised me that you can't expect the cashier to tell you how much sugar is in a coke so i shouldn't expect Best buy sales person to tell me that i needed a shut off valve to install my fridge. Customer service was very rude. So this rating is mostly directed toward that. The two men who came out the second time to install my fridge were great.

They did an excellent job with delivery and set up. They even showed me how to work the screen with selecting the temp for freezer and fridge side. Ice selection and showed me other stuff to set it up

The two guys who delivered and installed my dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator could not have done a better job. Both were very friendly, took care with the new appliances, worked quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. I was very pleased with their work!

Came in damaged but Best Buy replaced it with no issues. A very nice fridge and the Hub is pretty convenient
