Unlike the crew who originally delivered my refrigerator, this one immediately knew why the auto-fill pitcher was not working. They were even more knowledgeable about the product than the GE person I spent 15 minutes on the phone with trying to diagnose the problem. I knew from previous experience that the pitcher should have filled immediately after the fridge was connected, but the first guy told me that it would take a couple of hours to “calibrate” and left me with an empty water pitcher. Two days later, and still not a drop of water, I called GE thinking their representative could easily diagnose the problem. Instead, after walking me through several steps, she insisted that this particular model did not have an on/off switch for the water pitcher and the unit must be defective. Ironically, the ice maker was working great so there was obviously not a problem with either the water line connection or the filter. When the guys arrived a few days later to take a look I was prepared for them to tell me that the fridge was defective and would need to be replaced. To my surprise, immediately after I explained the problem, one of the three guys simply reached up and pressed a somewhat hidden button and “voila” the water pitcher filled up!

This time the installation went great! The day it was to originally installed they had a substitute pair of installers show up 2 hours early, so fridge wasn't finished being emptied yet, said they would be back in 2 hours and never showed back up. A couple of days later I got a call from installers and said they would be at the house in a half hour to install the fridge that was left in our garage if we could be ready for them. They were great and apologized for how we had been treated by the other guys.

Service men installed this in minutes and stayed long enough to make sure it was working. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! This is the first ice maker we had ever purchased. Should have done this long ago!!!!

We bought an out of the box fridge which claimed to only need to be cleaned. Upon delivery, the water line was broken and there were previously unidentified dents. We decided to return the fridge. Malachi and Ray arrived today to pick up the fridge. They were fantastic. They were timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. They went above and beyond what was required of them. They were great representatives of Best Buy. Very grateful for their help today.

Refrigerator was not leveled….luckily I had the tools after researching how to adjust bottom feet. Also, the two doors were not adjusted to align with each other. Still not adjusted. A check off list for the installer would be helpful.

LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR. IT'S EXACTLY LIKE DESCRIBED AND HAS A FABULOUS LOOK. INSTALLATION WAS EXCELLENT AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS. THE 4 DOOR INTERCHANGEABLE FREEZER TO FRIDGE IS AN ADDED PLUS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMMEDIATE AND HELPFUL AT ALL TIMES FROM THE TIME OF THE ORDER TILL THE DELIVERY. INSTALLERS WERE PATIENT, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NEAT. HAVING TOTAL - TECH IS ALSO A PLUS.

Guys installed professionally and no issues with install i.e. - water leaks.

refrigerator install went well. installers were very capable of removing broken refrigerator and replacing new one. took the time to show us how to adjust temp. courteous, and respectful as ALL your installers should be. 5 stars to these gentlemen.

The 2 guys that installed my new refrigerator removed my old refrigerator line and installed the new line in under 30 minutes. No leaks and refrigerator icemaker appears to be working just fine!
