Deliver folks did a good job installing our new fridge.

we better insulting the other big box stores, especially Home Depot. This reason loan I prefer to buy my appliances at Best Buy over Home Depot.

So I bought this refrigerator for my meal prepping. It has been serving its purpose plus more. The size is perfect. It has wheels so it makes it super easy to move. The freezer is just the right side plus it come with a free ice tray. This refrigerator is definitely worth the price it cost.

Geek squad did a great job installing refridgerator. Worked diligently to connect water line without success. I dismissed them and I completed the connection. The refridgerator is amazing-no problems.

They installed my refrigerator and explained everything to me. They cleaned up all the packaging

The 2 men that delivered the fridge were obviously very experienced in moving refrigerators. They got the new one in the house and the old out quickly even though there was maybe an inch to spare at the door opening to the house. The new water hose did not fit but we were able to use the one we had, All in all it went very well.

The team that delivered and installed were supr professional. There had been an issue where we ordered Laundry units as well as the fridge. And the install was just set up for the fridge due to an error on my part. The team gave me options and even brought the items needed for install with them. I was able to get all of my appliances installed in roughly 35 minutes. No issue, super clean work.

The Best Buy delivery men took care of hooking up my new Samsung fridg's water and ice maker to my R.O. line in two seconds. They checked for leaks and there were none! Wonderful service!

Its a straight forward installation...but i guess if they are hauling away the old fridge separate charge of course its a good services just to get everything done

Delivery guys were very pleasant and knowledgeable about refrigerator. The lead guy answered all my questions and demonstrated several options.

The gentlemen were efficient in removing my old refrigerator to replace with the new one.

The gentlemen who came to install my fridge at first told me that mine was not on their truck. They were about to bring in a totally different model with someone else’s name on the box into my home. After calling their office and walking down to the truck with them, we came to the conclusion that the other refrigerator in the back was mine. That was an unfortunate waste of time but other than that, they were friendly and installed it well, from what I can see. It’s working without issue so I am grateful. Thanks to Diego & Tony.

The crew that came out to deliver and install the refrigerator were highly professional and accommodating. I was actually stuck in a meeting when they arrived, and missed multiple calls from them when they arrived. Instead of leaving or simply dropping off the refrigerator, they waited and kept trying to connect with me. The communication was great and I'm glad they were so patient. I was also very happy with the installation itself - quick, easy, painless; my fridge was up and running within minutes. The product was good, service was good, no complaints here - 5 stars.

Arrived on time, friendly, worked expediently and efficiently, explained every step, made sure product was working properly before leaving.

Overall the delivery/installation process was great. Initially on order I got an 8 hour delivery window, which was narrowed to 4 hours a few days before. Then day-of I got a call with a precise time. So check+ there. The truck was within 5 minutes (early) of the time I was given that morning. Another check+. The two guys were friendly and efficient. They were in and out in 10-15 minutes, which included unpacking and installing the fridge, and going over how to set the temp (etc) and some chit-chat. Check+.

The guys too our old fridge away, delivered new one, took all packing materials with them.

I had to remove both my storm and front doors myself, but I expected to so no harm no foul. I also had to disassemble the old refrigerator; these new deep units otherwise require a 40" wide door which not too many people have.
