The installation team arrived on time. They removed my old refrigerator and installed (connected new waterline, placed new refrigerator in place and leveled it) the new one within fifteen minutes. I received basic instructions regarding the refrigerator operation. Thanks for a great job .

Just go ahead and get it. Don't be cheap..haaha. You might as well replace the old piping when you get a new fridge.

Good installation. We had done most of the prep work before installers arrived so we substantially reduced the work they had to do.

Initially we were going to do our own hookup...so glad we decided to have Best Buy do the work...we had a great technician and that made the process work so well.

Installation from the delivery workers went smooth. Plug and play refrigerator unit, delivery worker asked if there were any questions and any concerns, which there wasn't any. It was a good installation and a fast one.

This part was not completed. The delivery crew were nice. Install was fine. The water line was not connected. They said they could not do it. I feel the website should be more clear on the specifics for a water line hookup.

The delivery/installers for my GE refrigerator were professional, and conscientious. There was damage and the installer was quick to contact Best Buy to arrange a repair.

Neat clean service. Everything works properly. They took away my old fridge and installed my new one. Made sure not to scratch the walls when carrying in the new fridge. I'm happy with the results. In will recommend Best Buy.

I would definitely recommend this they had to put the new refrigerator all together also taking it apart to get it into the area in my kitchen it would be very hard to do that yourself.

No Waterline Needed. I was told to buy it just in case. They didn't believe that my existing waterline would work with the new refrigerator. I was told if they didn't need to use it, to bring it back to the store. The men that installed my refrigerator attempted to keep the item. I asked for it, they fumbled to find it in the cab of the delivery truck. They said they could do the return for me.. nope I will. No trust there....
