They were very careful not to scratch my newly installed cabinets. The hook it up and gave instructions on correct temperature. Fast workers!!!

Extremely disappointed

We have been on the schedule for repairs three times and the repair crew did not call or show up all three times. Best Buy has our money, but we have a malfunctioning refrigerator. Each time a repair crew is scheduled we are told to expect them between 7am and 7pm, which means missing a full day of work. It is extremely disappointing that we have missed 3 full days of work and the repair crews have not called to let us know they would not be coming. We are extremely disappointed.

Flawless Installation!

He knew what he was doing and did it well. He even wiped all the finger smudges off the stainless steel door and it looked great.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Delivery occurred during the specified window, and the installers were friendly. my main issues were that they didn't cover their feet/remove their shoes when walking across the carpet, and they didn't level the fridge so it wobbled badly. i tried to fix this by myself, but now the door slams on it's own if you dont hold it open. there is also a few small dents and marks on the side, but not worth complaining about

Love Best buy, just not their delivery/call center

Second came but it took days. This is where Best Buy falls short and I will probable have to go to appliance store for my stove.

They were very knowledgable and had to remove the doors of the refrigerator to make it fit trough the kitchen door. Very satisfied with their professionalism.

My family and I have bought electronics from best buy for years. My husband and I bought our first major appliance, we decided to go with best buy. We bought a refrigerator over $2000. The refrigerator was installed and the delivery guys left. We noticed a dent and the doors are uneven. We called to get a replacement. The delivery guys came to replace the refrigerator. They would not replace the refrigerator because the water shut off valve is in the basement and not behind the refrigerator. The water valve is not on my husband told them. They put the refrigerator in.....so I am confused that now the all of a sudden can’t replace it this time. The delivery man was extremely rude and said he would call his supervisor. However, he just left. I would like my money back and Best Buy can come get their refrigerator. However, I am hearing that it takes over 2 months for a refund?! I will be buying the rest of my major appliances from Home Depot.

The listing is misleading as it says all you need is an existing water line within 6 feet of fridge. They didn’t level or fridge before leaving.

Everything was perfect and taken care of. MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE!

Water is very cloudy

Our water is coming out very cloudy and it hasn't cleared up since we had you guys hook up the water line. The water from our faucet is fine, but from the frig, it's very cloudy
