I only had this item for less than 90 days and already the freezer don't freeze and it not making ice

My delivery crew were professional and worked efficiently however weren't able to connect water line because the hose was too short.

There was no secret in installing the freezer, just plugging it into the socket.

The people that delivered my refrigerator brought it into my house plugged it in and left. My wife and I had to get all the packing materials out of the fridge. I had to go to the store and set up for someone to come and adjust the doors. I hooked up the water line to the fridge and get it working

The installers were professional and knowledgeable. They took extra time to show us the features. Wonderful and professional installation too.

What a great experience. Out with the old, in with the new, all in a very professional manner. Good explanation after the install was done too. Our local best buy used to outsource some installs but pulled it all in to the Geek Squad fairly recently. GREAT move and great service.

Because my water connection is now functioning currently I requested that my new refrigerator’s ice match not be installed.

They were on time and very friendly. Installed the refrigerator quickly and gave us some tips on how to use it and set up ice maker. No scratched walls or floors. I would purchase the installation package again.

In person customer service was great on Best Buy on Herndon. Will be my preferred way of shopping Best Buy from now on. No longer going through online customer service, which was a nightmare..

The product was great but the service was bad. I ordered brand new fridge they delivered open box. Fixing the issue took so long no communication. Each one saying something different. I had to return and order new one from another place. When pick up staff came to return the fridge instead of picking up the fridge they delivered a tv that I didn’t order. Delivery system is a mess
