    The Boys that delivered my refrigerator were so nice and very kind. The only thing is I didn't get any paperwork. And I was to get some money back because of it going cheaper after I got mine but have not yet got it. Thank you.

    The young women who led the installation of our new refrigerator did a great job of ensuring everything was connected and leak free, making sure our Keurig component worked properly and that I understand how it worked. Very pleased with the install team.

    The 3rd party refrigerator installers left without saying goodbye, without leveling the fridge, and without ensuring I knew specifics about special features, etc. Thankfully a separate team of appliance installers came to install my dishwasher, range, and ventilation hood later that day, and they were able to tell that the refrigerator wasn't leveled. They helped me schedule Geek Squad to return and properly finish the refrigerator install at a later date. IMPORTANT: Make sure to ask that only Geek Squad install your refrigerator, so you don't have to suffer my experience.

    Guys were great. No problems with removing old refrigerator and replacing it with the new one. Guys were in and out in minimal time. They knew what they were doing.

    Love the layout of the refrigerator. It runs too crazy le however and freezes my salad stored on shelf. Installers were very professional. I would buy it again

    The delivery team were courteous, helpful and very efficient. They double checked where and how to get there and worked as a team. No damange was done to old or new fridge or to the entry ways. They were ready with own tools as well. They had to remove doors...entry ways thin.

    The water line that the installers brought would not connect to the supply line from my water service. So I just hooked up the old line to the new refrigerator and it works fine, no leaks. The fittings were identical from my old refrigerator to the new one.

    At first, the delivery guys said I needed a plumber, but then they took a look and connected the water for me. i was really grateful because it was Christmas Eve and I didn't have time to call a plumber nor did i anticipate the expense.

    We purchased two kitchen appliances in September from Best Buy online with free delivery. On the delivery date we received a call from a local delivery guy saying their items were damaged and asked if we still wanted them. Of course we did not so he said we would be contacted later that day to reschedule. That day passed without a call. I called the store and was routed to someone working from home in Ohio.. The delivery was marked as out for delivery so they said they could do nothing and moved it up the chain and said I would get a call in 24 hours. No call in that time and I called. After being on hold for 1 hour and 47 minutes (I have notes) I gave up that day. I called back the next and got someone in California. They said I would have to go to the store in Huntsville, something we were trying to avoid because of a pandemic. We entered a store in a absolute mess. After being told to go to the appliance section and talk to a customer service representative there we saw a young guy dealing with a woman upset over her refrigerator that wasn't delivered. We waited a few minutes and they guy seemed to be helpful as he cancelled our order. He said we would have to return later to setup a new order and made a new order. This order does not have free delivery and we are told that they don't do free delivery. I show him the website and he tells us that is for online only, we have to pay 80 per item to get delivery. but I might be able to call the 888 best buy number to have it refunded. OK, I am just ready to get on. You would think all is good now but no. This was October 5th. We were told that our order would be deliver on October 21st. On October 20th we get an automated call saying we would receive a delivery the next day. The next day passes with no delivery. I check the order on bestbuy dot com and the delivery has been rescheduled to October 28th. We got no call or email notifying us of the change. Fine, I think. I am just ready for this to be over. On October 28th we get a call form a delivery guy who says he has a delivery. I ask what he's bringing and he only has one of the two items. He knows nothing about a second item. On the phone I go and he arrives and delivers. I am told the second item is backordered and I would get a call when it is available. I doubt this so proceed to call once a day here on out. After 17, yes 17 calls, I get through to someone who says the item is actually available AT THE STORE IT IS COMING FROM and has been for the entire time. The delivery is scheduled for the next week. It is now November 17th. On the day before delivery we receive no call telling us to expect delivery. The website now shows the order as needing to be scheduled. I call and am told it is backordered and we will get a call. Sure. The day of delivery I come home to a delivery truck parked on the street and two guys roaming through our neighbor's yard. I ask if I can help and they say they have a delivery from Best Buy. I ask why they didn't call to which they say they did. I say I got no call. they say they left a message. I tell them they must have called someone else. They say it was my number. I say nope, not mine.This is large delivery and the area is not ready so I have to prepare quickly to which they huff. The delivery was supposed to include a install but of course no. I ask about it and am told "you did not order that." I told him yes I did. "No you didn't." I show him my receipt and he says quote "I do not care what that shows. I don't have an order. You don't get that. you didn't order that." Dude, just deliver and leave. He proceeds to wheel it in and sends the other guy out to get something form the truck. At this point the first guy starts talking about how lazy the second guy is. How he doesn't know what he's doing and how he doesn't like working with. What the...this guy is an unprofessional atrocity. They leave the delivery in the middle of the room which at this point is fine, just get out of my house. I would think to get an email survey to tell someone about these guys but it never comes, no surprise.
