Disappointing. Refrigerator was delivered. Very easy, no water to hook up-just open box and slide in. Refrigerator was left uneven and would not change opening of door when asked. It would cost another $50.00 delivery charge to have them come back to change door opening.

Came late but was installed well. The installer was very patient. Had to take the main door out to get the fridge in

It took forever to get it the installation completed. There were scheduling and logistics challenges throughout the process. They were eventually resolved.

The refrigerator arrived as scheduled. The crew completed the installation (and removal of my old refer) quickly and very professionally. They thoroughly explained the temp settings, water filter replacement and other maintenance items. I was completely satisfied with the job.

We have been very pleased with the deliveries of 3 appliances from Best Buy! Trey installed our refrigerator. He was very professional, knowledgeable, careful, and informative! We are having a new dryer delivered today and I was thankful to hear that Trey would be delivering it!

Great buy. Only bad thing is that it did not come with the screws forthe handles

The delivery men were in contact with me the entire time I was scheduled between 10:00 and 2:00 they arrived promptly at 11:00 came and swiftly hooked up the freezer leveled it out, it was amazing!

Installers were sooo helpful. I wasn't quite ready so they returned to finish set-up and allowed me time to clean where the old freezer was. Superlative service!!!

I've use Best Buy several time for installment of appliances and TV always received great service and instruction.

The freezer was delivered, unpacked, set in place, and plugged in. All I had to do was tell him where I wanted it.

Removed my old refrigerator and delivered new one. Had to remove doors to fit in my basement. I had to reinstall ice maker. Screws were not put in correctly.

The Geek crew that installed my dishwasher and microwave were top notch! Efficient , careful and wonderful to deal with. Wiped everything down after install. Others were not so great.. the washer dryer install took almost as long as the DW+Micro! And they scratched the washer and used the cheep ( wrong) connections instead of stainless The Frig delivery team wasn’t much better. Clearly had no idea how to put the Frig together & left finger marks everywhere.

Install went smoothly and everything was connected properly. Good communication to let us know the delivery window.

The installers arrived on time, with adequate notice, and installed the refrigerator quickly and correctly. They were friendly and courteous and respected my home.

These fellas were the most kind and courteous gentlemen I've come across in a long time. They were very careful with the appliance and with the surrounding parts of the house. A-1 in my book!!!

Driver called me ahead of time giving me an eta. They were very nice and polite showed concern about proper placement and gave me guide how to roll out refrigerator to help keep area clean.

Setup was quick and made easy by the qualified technician. Doors were removed from refrigerator in no time and re-installed once in place. Refrigerator was handled gently and we were very pleased with the delivery

I have no problem with it. It was easy to install.

The connection fit the dishwasher perfectly without any problems or adding extra tools to complete the job. The workers who came to do the job were efficient and completed the job quickly and were professional as well as courteous

When installer finally came, installation happened without incident. However, scheduling the install was a nightmare. Installer did not show up as initially promised and attempting to reschedule required many many phone calls and wait times on the phone.
