Not Very Hard

Unpacked the freezer and placed it where we wanted. Put the plug in the wall socket, gave us the paperwork/key and left. The biggest problem was the timing of the delivery. The last email we had from Best Buy had said the delivery time was from 7:30am to 11:00am. The guys that came arrived about 1:00pm! So just be prepared to wait.

Refrigerator delivery

They were on time and so pleasant to deal with. They took care of all the hook up and got our old fridge to its new home. Such a great experience with their delivery.

Geek squad pros

Make sure you need

Just make sure you get only the pieces you need when building. Our builder included one thing we had to return. Very satisfied with installation.

Nothing to do with the installers. An adapter for the water connection was needed. I had a plumber fix the problem. Again the guys were great.
