We installed the refrigerator ourselves because the first time they came, we had not taken out all the stuff from my old fridge. They left with my new fridge. When we’re all set for the installation of my new fridge , there wasn’t any available time on our preferred date. Hence we just installed it ourselves.

Needed to replace a 15+ year old fridge, ended up replacing all of our kitchen appliances. Went with Samsung because the oven was the best fit for the space. The installer was quick and professional hooking up the fridge to the water supply.

One of the reasons for purchasing our refrigerator at Best Buy was that we could get the Geek Squad to deliver and install it. They did a great job - fast, careful and efficient. They also told us a lot of valuable tips on using and caring for the refrigerator.

They had difficulty doing the insatll because of the water valve size difference but once changed worked well

The refrigerator installation was professional done. Manual and Mike were extremely capable I was amazed how there were able to bring the unit into my house using straps.

Installers did not complete the job. They left tape and stuff on the back of refrigerator that i had to remove. They did not lock in the wheels so when we would open the door it rolled easily. Even my toddler could move it some. Not safe to leave it like that. Would if I was old and couldn't lock it in myself?
