two guys showed up on time in masks they took the kitchen fridge to the garage, had to take the doors off the new fridge to get it in the house, installed it and hauled away the dead garage fridge.

Geek squad delivered and installed our "garage" fridge. They are quick, efficient and do a super job. We love Geeks!

The delivery guys didba great job. Polite, prompt. Set everything up just where we wanted it and took away all the mess. The freezer was a good deal.

Guys were good that came to install the Fridge...they were on time and were quick to get started. Did leave some trash behind but nothing too big.

Moved our existing fridge to garage, hauled away fridge in Garage. Installation went without any issues. Personell was very polite and answered our questions. First time we have used Best Buy for appliances and will not hesitate to do so again.

The two guys came in and made short work of relocating my old unit to the garage as a beer and/or backup unit. I did not know the handles came off with a hard upward tug and they made sure the water line did not leak and worked fully before leaving.

BB crew was very helpful with our installation. They even seep behind the old fridge. Installed the handles and aligned the frige so the door would swing open with out hitting the wall. Well done...

Best buy installer was on time and quickly completed task at hand. Patiently explained everything we asked about.

Bestbuy could not take the refrigerator to my basement saying it wont go through the stairs. The Bestbuy in-home-consultant has visited and measured before I ordered this product. It took months to get the product and then two visits by Bestbuy installation team not even attempting to take the refrigerator to basement. With simple general sense you can definitely tell that they can fit through the stairs. I had to hire external movers to get this to basement and they could simply do this in less than 30 minutes without any issues. The in-home-consultant was not at all reachable after multiple attempts to get an update. I feel that the response was great at Sales but very poor when it came to the delivery and installation. Feel like ripped especially you buy more than 10K worth of products, but get a very poor response from the company. You are left on your own to figure out solution.

Excellent price it was in my home within 6 days and the delivery and installation were handled in a professional manner. Everything went so well we went back and bought a washer 2 to 3 weeks later.

Delivery was smooth. It did not take long and the people were very nice.

The delivery men that installed the refrigerator were very professional and worked very hard to get it in and connected. They cleaned up and left everything neat

As I couldn't be here to deal with the install I was counting on them and the came through. They got the old one out and relocated it for my wife and got the new fridge connected, water and ice systems properly flushed and everything before leaving.

I love my new refrigerator! It’s bigger and has more drawers and shelves. It’s my first two door with water and ice maker. So much better than my old one! Very happy!
