Came on time, did not put a single scratch on our new refrigerator, hooked the fridge up with no issues, and took the time to speak with my wife about what to expect and how to care for the fridge. Great people.

Refrigerator instilation

A repair person that came to install the washer, was not able to balance the refrigerator with the leveling feet. I was able to correct the balance after he left. Initial instillation and the repair were done in a timely manner and on our schedule.

No 5CF installation needed for the mini-freezer.

We had some issues with my fridge and they had to bring out new ones twice - but they were awesome about it. I was very impressed with them.

Professional Gentlemen

They are always careful with your product, but also careful with your home. They don't leave a mess behind when finished either.
