We recently purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator from Best Buy. The delivery guys were the best. Friendly, knowledgeable and very good at their jobs. They took care to bring the refrigerator in the house and stayed to explain how it worked and answered any questions we had. We were very impressed with this delivery crew. Highly recommend them and wish all delivery crews were so great. Haven't had the refrigerator long enough to give a long term review but so far we really like the refrigerator they delivered.

The delivery crew did an amazing job and it didn’t take them long at all. I would definitely order from them again and purchase the installation option.

This a best of class refrigerator and the service (install and remove old refrigerator) was seemeless. Plenty of space in both the refrigerator and freezer sections, quiet operations, ice maker is imbedded somewhere inside the door of the fridge so it takes up no space from the actual area where food/other is stored.

The installers were efficient and quick with the refrigerator install. Hooked up the water line and we’re on their way. Excellent!

This was a fiasco as the installers were not allowed to turn the water off at the main water line, so after putting the refrigerator in place they had to remove it and take it away. I called around and found a tool that I could turn the water off myself. I called and they came back and installed the refrigerator, but at that point it was all scratched up and dented. Had to wait several weeks for a new one to be installed. The guys were great. It was just the Best buy policy that sucked. On the would I recommend the item I will say yes because the refrigerator is perfect.

Your delivery and installation team was the absolute best. They were careful, thorough, and very courteous. They took time to explain the features and care recommended.

Installation scheduling was smooth with great communication for delivery timing. Crew unpacked outside and tidied up all materials. Fridge was moved through the house with great care and the team obviously knew all the tricks to make the process run smoothly. Water line connection done quickly and with confidence. Installation team demonstrated controls for Fridge and did not leave until we were confident in setting up the unit controls. Truly a "White Glove Service" installation.

Our two installers were gems. They brought everything we needed, and helped us locate the shutoff valve for the water line to the refrigerator. They were fast but thorough; it only took about a half hour to remove a range and refrigerator and install the new ones. They were even cleaning the floor for us, until I said I'd already planned to clean the kitchen floor after they were done. All in all, a happy experience.

Very quick and easy install. It didn't require water supply, so it was quiet simple, but the guys did a great job!

Having a couple of guys bring me my new fridge and haul away the old one is a huge advantage over trying to do it myself.

Did everything expected. Other than the dented doors, it went well. They reported the damage to Best Buy and set up for a repair/exchange. Best Buy was given an opportunity for scratch/dent refund but, their offer was ridiculously low... 10% to 15% of what I expected.

Our new refrigerator was professionally installed in moments. The Best Buy team were very careful moving the refrigerator into the home and very quickly connected the water. They verified the refrigerator worked and answered our questions.

We ordered the frig online. We saw that reversing the direction the doors open was supposedly covered. My wife called 3 times to be sure that was correct and all three times it was affirmed - but when it arrived the door handles were wrong and the third party installers said they don't do doors. The installers said that pieces of the ice making package were missing and they couldn't install it, so they left without that being operable. After they left I found the missing pieces in a different bag of parts. I guess the installers were just in a hurry to leave. We really like the frig but the service was disappointing.

The installation of our new refrigerator was accomplished without a hitch . The men doing the installation were courteous , knew what they were doing , and were very professional . The installers took the time to show us the fine points of the new fridge . They also told us how to clear the water lines and the ice cube maker to make sure the water and ice would be clean .

Workers installed this and so far so good. Glad to have pros do it.

Geek Squad delivered a LG refrigerator and hooked it up to the waterline, which was also purchased through Best Buy. The 2 guys were professional and did a good job installation the fridge. No issues!

Love this fridge! Slate is gorgeous! Installation was smooth and easy, Mike and Travis were extremely nice and helpful! Only thing is was that after we dispensed the 3 gallons of water recommend, we tried using later that night and the dispenser was not working at all. The ice maker never started working either. So they have to come out and fix. Definitely recommend getting the geek squad warranty as it is already proving to be worth it.

The crew that delivered my fridge were friendly and did a great job in getting it installed where I wanted it and level.
