I love the style of the refrigerator. I bought the black stainless steel. Doors are squeaky after awhile.

I purchased a new LG bottom freezer refrigerator from Best Buy in July. The Best Buy team did a great job for delivery and installation of the new refrigerator and removal and disposal of my old refrigerator.

They came in removed the old refrigerator and installed and adjusted the new refrigerator. Made sure that we wanted the handles on the left side .took all the garage with them.

This time the service was fast and there were no problems with the delivery team.

They brought it in and set it up on the risers I had ready and programmed it. They explained everything and had me up and running very quickly.

Very professional and friendly. It was not easy to get our new fridge up the path and up the stairs. Really thankful they were able to do it!

I supplied a copper line from below and attached a braided stainless steel hose from the local hardware store. The tech hooked it up, leaked tested, then explained the basics for starting and getting good clean ice and water from the new fridge.

The product works fine. The installation and support were a real problem. My first installation date was canceled by the installer because apparently, he had an old phone number for me. The automatic notification system had my current number. My 2nd installation could not be scheduled immediately I had to wait 8 days. They showed up right on time. Installed the refrigerator in record time. unfortunately, the water and Ice did not work. They told me to call for service. Service told me I would have to wait a week to have it serviced. I ended up fixing it myself. Simple fix. The installer had not plugged any of the electrical cables in when he reassembled it.

The service was great. The crew who delivered my fridge were very helpful and friendly. They were so kind to move my old fridge to the garage.

The men came in and instead of removing and replacing the entire refrigerator they replaced the door that contained the defective ice maker, and now it works fine.
