Had new water line all installed & ready. Glad I let the delivery tech do the final hookup due to there was a special procedure to “tilt” the water junction block out from the fridge that the manual didn’t cover. This was included with the purchase.

Installation went great! They brought the new refrigerator up and hauled away the old broken refrigerator. Well worth it.

Delivery on time & very curtious gentlemen. Did put a scratch on side of fridge, but was taken care of.

They measured the height of the refrigerator incorrectly which caused me to have to dismantle my cabinet. I did not have to dismantle my cabinet because the height was correct the way I measured it. Had to help them install the door. Overall it was a very bad experience. Causing me to rethink whether I will revisit Best buy for any future purchases of appliances. later they came back out to install the water line and reverse the doors which I thought they were going to do the first time. Turns out that the ice maker was not working had to have them come out a third time. This time they said that they couldn't fix it and they were going to send me a new refrigerator. 2 Days later the ice maker starts working. I still can't get in touch with anybody to cancel the new refrigerator. It appears at Best buy is taking the customer out of service.

Delivery was great no problem had to remove front to get the fridge in . That was not a problem. The delivery went smoothly. Happy with purchasing.

Needed a simple Large Fridge for Garage. Delivery guys were on time, Pleasant and Mindful of the COVID mask guidelines. This was just a mere Plug-n-go for them as we were not having any waterlines connected.

The guys that came to install my fridge were able to cut the long copperline, make it shorter and attach the right hose to the fridge. Quick and easy. The made it long enough for me to be able to move the fridge so I can clean underneath. Very considerate.

Well made product that allows me to use external filters which last longer and are cheaper. Internal filters have to be changed more often and can be expensive/hard to find in later years.

The refrigerator was damaged and ultimately accepted a gift card because the replacement doors that were damaged were actually damaged as well...someone needs to get a grip in the QC department and/or training their employees a little better when it comes to handling their stock and deliveries/installs.

My refrigerator did not come with a filter, so we could not turn on the water. Installers did not level the unit.

The installers were very careful with the refrigerator and very conscious of not damaging or dinging my walls and furniture.

Service crew notified me when they were coming and were on time and work efficiently. They had extra work to take the doors off and put them back on plus haul the old frig away. They made sure everything was set up before leaving and answered my questions.
