The delivery service also did the installation of the refrigerator I purchased. They did a great job and were very fast and clean. Definitely worth the money!!!!

They were able to deliver my refrigerator despite the tight hallway turns leading into my kitchen. Fortunately I noticed the water hookup was leaking and had them tighten it before they left.

The service for my last replacement actually wasn't good. Tried telling me the water line was froze that it's the reason the dispenser didn't work. I said, connect it and watch. Can you guess what happen? It worked. Guess I was right.. Also, fridge was damaged big time on one door. He had to replace with the previous fridge that was there.

The overall experience with Best Buy delivery and installation service has been fantastic in the past. That being said, the team that delivered our refrigerator was very unprofessional. They acted as if they didn’t want to be there. I had to repeatedly ask them to be aware not to scratch our wood floor. They almost left without testing the water flow and didn’t even turn the water on after attaching the hose. In the end, the water filter was not installed and most of the plastic protection layer was not removed. We had to do it ourselves. Finally, right before they left, I noticed a dent in the side of the fridge. I pointed it out to them and they seemed like they didn’t care. I took pictures and later reported it to Best Buy and not surprisingly the BB operator said there was no notation in the delivery records. Luckily BB cares what their customers think and made it right.

We were not ready to use our fridge when they delivered it so we asked them not to hook it up to a water supply line but the guy did explain how to do it so we would know what to do when we were ready to set it up. He was really helpful.

Delivery men weren't permitted to touch my water line as I had to hook up myself. This gave me a chance to check the condition of the line.

We love this refrigerator. Especially the door that opens without the whole refrigerator being opened. So much room inside the freezer is unbelievable. The refrigerator part is very roomy as well.

The techs showed up and installed in about 20 min flat. Went over the workings and waited toll we drained the 3 gallons of water before leaving. Awesome serice.

Thanks, Best Buy for providing installers who moved and got new refrigerator working. They were pleasant, worked quickly and were very professional. Was hard being without a refrigerator for a week!
