Delivery was quick and professional. The guy made sure that it came in without hitting on the side. We had issues with first one and so replacement was a breeze. The freezer is great.

The installation crew came in and were very respectful, quick and courteous. They quickly had everything up and running, went over a few items of note, then hauled away our old refrigerator. Nicely done.

The men who installed my refrigerator were friendly and nice. They did a great job installing it and hooking up the water line to it.

It took a while to get the ice maker working. The first service person said the ice maker was flawed. However, the second determined that the water hose was installed wrong.

I was pleased with the service, the workers were very professional. I have an older home and they did a good job installing my new refrigerator.

Great installer except the geek squad manager at the Almaden store was not a nice and polite manager. He looks like he got something stuck in his rear end.

There were a few extra installers because some of them were new trainees. They were all friendly and professional. I was asked if they could all center my home for training before they entered. The water hook up was smooth with no issue.

The team went above and beyond to make sure item was installed and relocated. There had been issues with previous attempts so they wanted to make it right.
