The guys did an excellent job

They got it in and out without the lightest nick or scratch to the refrigerator or the house. They disconnected the old water line without mess and had me up and running in maybe 30 minutes.

Best appliance delivery ever

Ok service

They brought it to the install location, but didn't hook it up to the existing water.

Service was so bad it was a joke

They did not use the new hose nor did they level it. I had to pay someone else to do it as the geck squad customer service line is manned by idiots who cannot speak English. Given the fact that this is our 4th refrigerator in less than 6 months, and that we were lied to several times I'd say never buy anything from best buy and never by a Samsung product. Still waiting for the spoilage money. I'm sure we'll never see it.

Quick & easy set up/installation of garage fridge

They wheeled fridge into garage, placed it where it was to go and plugged it in. Delivery guys were polite, efficient and neat.
