The 2 men were eficient, polite, and on time. We did not hook up the water, so they were only here 45 minutes, including the haul away of the old fridge.

They needed to take the doors off to fit in the house. Assured me it was no problem. They plugged it in, locked the wheels. Could not put shelves in because of coved but very easy to install.

Enjoying new fridge. Exactly what we had before but in different color. I do have to say the quality of shelves and trays is not as good as my older fridge. That is the only downside of it.

The delivery team was so careful with the frig, moving of a furniture piece, and the handling of the storm door hinges. They even kept me updated via phone call, on their time of delivery. Thank you for the great service !

Installation was successful, they came on time, installed the refrigerator promptly, made sure it worked, took the old one away. Very easy.

Positive -Advanced unit over similar units (have used many similar sized units in the last 5 yrs) and this is more advanced. -Has a nice auto defrost function that most units don't have.

The delivery men did a great job. They measured the door width and checked if our floor was ceramic before bringing it in. They took off all the tape and plastic for us.

I love my freezer/refrigerator. I use it as a freezer. It runs so quiet. It is the 13.8 cubic upright. I have so much room inside. The sides are black and the door is stainless steel,

Perfect installation. I was especially surprised to see how the fridge was carried in from the truck. I had never seen it done that way before. Much better than using a dolly.
