they installed my refrigerator and explained how to use etc. when moving the refrigerator hit the side a few times, overall it's fine.

The delivery was quick and the delivery men were polite. We ask them not to hook up the refrigerator as we were not ready for that due to some remodeling.

We chose this option when we bought our new refrigerator. Protection, more or less, for the install. I might add that our local BestBuy delivery/installer, Sam (and co-worker), was excellent!

This refrigerator is great. It is very quiet and the freezer works really well. My food was frozen in a very short time. The led light is wonderful and the delivery guys did a good job.

The employee that helped us was very nice unlike the manager of that department Norma who is very rude. Luckily this time it was someone else I should of got her name. Also the delivery guys were nice also.

Delivery was on tome. They called before delivery. My cut off valve in the wall was a standard 3/8 inch compression connector. The water line did not mate with this and they did not have an adapter to mate with it. They Only had one type of adapter. So they left without installing the water line. I got the adapter at Home Depot and installed it myself. I was disappointed in there service. They seemed to be in a hurry and not interested in solving this problem.

The original delivery men stated that they were unable to install the refrigerator due to the lack of a water connection. A follow -up crew were able to install the refrigerator with an existing connection which the original team was unable to find.

Im and out of our house to install LG fridge in under 10mins! It took longer to sign for it afterward than the actual install! Arrived on time with no issues. VERY satisfied ...!
