Yes they plug it in. But they do not remove any of the internal packaging. What good is having it plugged in if I need to have it open for 20 minutes while I remove all the packaging/tape etc? They also didn't level it, told me to get shims.

Two men lifted and carried refrigerator into house and old refrig out. Worried about damage to floors from wheeled dolly did not come into play.

I had to have my order delivered and when they came the employee asked me if they told me tht my installation included water line hookups. I said “yes, I specifically asked if tht was included”. He said, “we don’t do that at all” and walked out to get the fridge. On his way out (I had my Great Dane kenneled by the front door) he looked at my full grown dog tht was much bigger than he was and aggressively yelled at him “NO, YOU STOP!” While pointing at him because he was barking. My dog sooo angry. Then he looks at me and says does he bite? Uuugh YEAH! And said oh before continuing to the vehicle. I’m moved the old refrigerator(it still worked) and heard a loud THUMP…. YALL they dropped my refrigerator down my stairs. My heart sunk! He walks in and asks me if I still wanted it with it damaged on the side and stated that it still would work! You can’t lay a refrigerator on its side plus idk if you damaged any electrical components. They pack it up and tell me Best Buy would be with me to place an order for another one. I called them instead because I’m not waiting on no one to call me and all this happened, on my way to get back in my car for work I noticed he had yanked a whole board in half from my steps and tried to set it back on it. If I wouldn’t have been paying attention it could have caused me to trip and fall. Plus he didn’t even tell me!!! I’m otp with a rep and tell them the story and basically was like “okay, what do you want me to do about it? Order another one. Then proceeded to tell me tht it would take 2 months for another to come in because of the manufacturer. I want my money back. It bothered me that she didn’t understand all this happened and direct me to someone to help (property damage because he split the board the step was nailed to (all 3 of them). I had to call 3 times to speak to someone named Tiffany that helped me soo much figure out what to do next. I speak to another rep and she tells me tht she could knock off 200 on my next purchase however, when I went to repurchase it she tells me that it was on sale for Memorial Day and now the price is 500 dollars minus tax more… I still haven’t heard back from anyone about my property damage and it’s July 1st. This was the worst decision to spend tht much money and trust customer service and BESTBUY to respect my stuff as if it was their time and money that was spent.

Best Buy team was great but they couldn’t do everything needed to hook up equipment in our house. Had to do some things ourselves.

This was a delivery and installation of a refrigerator. I'm disappointed to say the least. They dented door and never level the refrigerator.

They came and did a good job of bringing the refrigerator in and putting it in the spot I wanted it in.
