So far, I love this purchase. It is incredibly quiet, fits our refrigeration needs perfectly. Love the sliding shelf for taller products, the split door is very useful, no more having to watch the door when I open it to make sure it stops and doesnt knock out things. Very happy with this purchase

LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR. IT'S EXACTLY LIKE DESCRIBED AND HAS A FABULOUS LOOK. INSTALLATION WAS EXCELLENT AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS. THE 4 DOOR INTERCHANGEABLE FREEZER TO FRIDGE IS AN ADDED PLUS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMMEDIATE AND HELPFUL AT ALL TIMES FROM THE TIME OF THE ORDER TILL THE DELIVERY. INSTALLERS WERE PATIENT, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NEAT. HAVING TOTAL - TECH IS ALSO A PLUS.

10/10 So far the refrigerator is working very well. When I purchased the 1st one, they had not wheeled it rolling front to back, and broke 1 wheel, also did not balance it. I got a new one after that, and this time was placed into "the needed place and rebalance". Thus far had not had any other issues thus far. I purchased this refrigerator, as it reminds me of the one my parents had, and I am happy with it thus far. THANKS for the promptness. I think I was also very happy when I found it, and it was delivered in a prompt way, THANKS

Installation service was fast and quality work. My refrigerator was a tight fit, but the guys dealt with the issues without blinking an eye.

Two man crew did a fantastic job installing my new refrigerator. Using the strap system to lift and move the unit worked great!! The men were very careful, moving the unit in place expertly and efficiently with no damage. I was absolutely astounded as they worked with minimal clearance around my center kitchen island. Installation was completed quickly and refrigerator works and looks great! Many thanks to our delivery/installation team!!

The geek guy did a very professional job and explained the refrigerator after it was installed.

They did a decent job. I’m very frustrated, though, that it’s not level. Leans forward so every time I open the freezer the drawer flies forward. And now it’s too heavy to adjust.

The two men who eventually did the installation were hardworking the lead man figured out how to get the old refrigerator into the basement, removed forts on the wall and on the fridge and they did a great job. The two men who delivered the new refrigerator said they were not allowed enough time on the order to remove and replace. That was disappointing as the salesman in Columbia knew that was needed but either did not add that to the order or the first installers were lazy.

The team showed up on time and showed great care and concern about the refrigerator fitting in the allotted space. In truth, by the written description, the fridge should have been too tall. But I knew the space would just barely be ok. They quickly installed it as requested. THe guys were polite and professional.

I had installed a braided water hose and shut off valve in the basement the previous day and drilled a hole in the kitchen floor so the hose was ready to go. They came in, moved my existing fridge to the garage and installed the new one in 20 minutes

Quick, efficient, clean, thorough, double checked everything to ensure proper installation and ease of use. No complications, no leaks, no complaints!!!

Installation went off without a hitch. Old unit was removed and new one fit through the opening easily. Water hookup was replaced and unit was plugged in. We were up and running! Once the handles were installed and the fridge was slid back into its proper position we only had to wait a few hours for it to be cool enough to load it up.

It is a very nice refrigerator especially it has a counter depth, which fit in the kitchen so well. One tip to share here about other sizes: if the refrigerator unit depth is more than 32”, you may have troubles to move the unit into into the house through the door! The freezer storage size appears to be very small, unfortunately. With a double door freezer, the space is rather limited from each level.

refrigerator install went well. installers were very capable of removing broken refrigerator and replacing new one. took the time to show us how to adjust temp. courteous, and respectful as ALL your installers should be. 5 stars to these gentlemen.

This was my 2nd install on my replacement of a damaged fridge. The first guys caused damage and absolutely did nothing but, took out old fridge and put in new fridge and break my waterline and left me with a mess. The 2nd guys with the new fridge were awesome! Ceasar and KJ explained everything step by step and removed ever piece of plastic and tape. They leveled it and explained how the fridge works. He wiped everything thing down with antibacterial cleaner and put everything they moved back in place. I definitely give them a thumbs up! The first two guys that came out on my 1st delivery need to be fired.

Very efficient! They were here about 45 minutes and had the old refrigerator out and the new one installed with the water hookup, etc. I had considered the "do it myself" approach but was very glad with the quick install and not having to even think about what could have happened if I had used my "significant other" to help.
