Not like install days of old. the gentlemen were polite and got our fridge in place and hooked up water, they did install doors, but almost no wrap or packaging removed. nothing inside removed. no settings adjusted. we are still finding some packing and tape in places not expected and it was not as easy as one would think.

It was brought in and hooked up correctly by the delivery men.

Happy with the installation. The guys were real friendly and polite. They did a great job and took my old one away. No problem, happy customer!

I believe the installers names are Joshua and Lorenzo. These two men were timely, efficient, and very friendly. Best Buy is lucky to have them as employees!!

This is a high quality waterline that connected easily by the Geek Squad. It is sturdy but very flexible so no problem having it behind the refrigerator and no worries when I pull the refrigerator out from the wall to clean behind it.

Great service, the installers were very professional and careful when installing my refrigerator, they measured everything to make sure it would not get damaged.

They were unable to install the icemaker line which was under the kitchen sink. Said they were only allowed to install plug in icemaker lines that are directly behind the refrigerator. They also said that the icemaker line they brought was too short for the installation under the sink. They would not take the icemaker line for return and said I would have to return it to the store. On their report that they turned in they said that they finished the icemaker installation. I had to purchase a new icemaker line and hire someone to install it.

The service was great. They installed the fridge and made sure everything was set up.

The installers did an excellent job putting the fridge where we needed it and making sure everything was operational before leaving. A+!

The team that Best Buy sent to me were absolutely great. They explained all the work that was being done. Extremely satisfied with the job they performed on my Refrigerator.

Granted it was an easy install, since there was no water hook up. But I appreciate the installers leaving a clean space and walked us through the functionality! Thank you!
