The install went smoothly and the pricing was even better for the refrigerator.

Great crew - kept me in the loop on when they would arrive. Very professional.

Well after 5 times it finally seems to be good.At first the ice machine didnt work than they replaced the fridge but than had nothing but problems with the damaged bottom door but after 5 times it is finally fixed

The second delivery team that came to install my refrigerator was not as good as the first one. They left the wrappings from the refrigerator and other kinds of garbage laying all over my kitchen floor when they left. I had previously had a dishwasher installed by Best Buy and I explained to them that it was leaking and if they could check it. They told me we don’t do dishwashers, and that I would have to call customer service back. Overall, not a great experience from the installation team.

Not worth it. Could have done it for cheaper. Basically just tired in the house and that was it.

Installation crew was very professional, answered my questions and did not rush through. Cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed.

They didn’t really do much l, the fridge didn’t need much installation. They simply slid it into position took off all the tape.

Same guys again that had delivered my LG dishwasher and now delivered and set up the new LG refrigerator! They were super great once again!!

Delivery was great switched out bad refrigerator hooked up new refrigerator but forgot to connect water line! Yikes

The delivery and setup were top tier. The men were polite and courteous.

The delivery people did a great job and unpacking and installing our fridge. They just had to unpackage and put on the handles and then plug it in. But no scratches or anything.

Bought a fridge with an ice maker. Bought the pierce valve kit with the line in it. Worked just like it was supposed to.

installer pinched the cooper line and caused it to blow out and leak they should have fixed it but did not offer to so we had to fix it ourselves. not good service in my opinion.
