    The two that did the delivery and installation called before arriving, were quick, cleaned up after, and explained the working and care. Nice job with no hiccups or excuses...

    The delivery team was quick and great. They were careful bringing in the new refrigerator and hauling out the old one. Very professional and quick. They also installed the water line since it was not on the order cause I was using a old one.

    They did a great job, but some of my food went bad. Chicken, pork chops, ground beef, fish and mixed vegetables went bad.

    The installers from best Buy did a great job installing and hooking up the water line to our new refrigerator. We have noticed that the water temp from the dispenser is not cold, but we are still waiting to find out if this is normal.

    Those men hauled the fridge up a narrow staircase without a hand truck. Super strong! Polite and careful not to mar the new flooring or dent the tile counter.

    Great option, but ended up not needing it because I had to remove the doors on my fridge to get it in the house. They don't wait for that, so I ended up installing myself, but it's cool that they offer the service.
