Seems like a quality refrigerator for the most part. Only issue was the installation. Not leveled when installed and the doors close on you when trying to pull something from it.

This a best of class refrigerator and the service (install and remove old refrigerator) was seemeless. Plenty of space in both the refrigerator and freezer sections, quiet operations, ice maker is imbedded somewhere inside the door of the fridge so it takes up no space from the actual area where food/other is stored.

Refrigerator was not leveled….luckily I had the tools after researching how to adjust bottom feet. Also, the two doors were not adjusted to align with each other. Still not adjusted. A check off list for the installer would be helpful.

The installers were absolutely the best! Professional, polite, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. These guys deserve a raise. They said they have worked together for 8 years, they are a well GREAT team! THANK YOU!!! Best Buy, you are lucky to have these two on your crew!

Installation was a breeze, the guys were very nice and quick, job well done

This was a fiasco as the installers were not allowed to turn the water off at the main water line, so after putting the refrigerator in place they had to remove it and take it away. I called around and found a tool that I could turn the water off myself. I called and they came back and installed the refrigerator, but at that point it was all scratched up and dented. Had to wait several weeks for a new one to be installed. The guys were great. It was just the Best buy policy that sucked. On the would I recommend the item I will say yes because the refrigerator is perfect.

I've neer owed a French door refrigerator before and it has taken a little getting used to. Overall the main functions are good; plenty of ice and the the water is fresh. Wish the display wouldn't need to light up each time I use the ice/ water dispenser. I agree with other users the the whole unit can be a bit noisy; but I figured at this price point and it being an appliance it's acceptable. Overall I would recommend the fridge to someone.

The gentlemen that delivered and installed the refrigerator were exceptional; professional, efficient and knowledgeable about the item delivered.

We bought an out of the box fridge which claimed to only need to be cleaned. Upon delivery, the water line was broken and there were previously unidentified dents. We decided to return the fridge. Malachi and Ray arrived today to pick up the fridge. They were fantastic. They were timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. They went above and beyond what was required of them. They were great representatives of Best Buy. Very grateful for their help today.

Gerston and his partner were great at getting the refrigerator delivered. They were on time and were able to get the appliance through some tight spaces. In addition, they were able to install the water line quickly and give us initial instructions about the appliance. Great service!

Fridge was installed by delivery service and I was charged a delivery fee. Works ok

Make sure you have a water outlet with a faucet. They won't install on an open-ended pipe that is controlled by a valve. Not professionals obviously. They are movers not handymans.

We ordered a freezer but due to our age we were not sure that we would be able to unpack and level it correctly, so we requested installation. The two men that delivered the freezer were very efficient and skilled at their job. In no time at all it was installed and working correctly. They cleaned up before they left and we could not thank them enough.

Couldn’t be any happier, very friendly and professional, got the installation done fast. No issues whatsoever.

This time the installation went great! The day it was to originally installed they had a substitute pair of installers show up 2 hours early, so fridge wasn't finished being emptied yet, said they would be back in 2 hours and never showed back up. A couple of days later I got a call from installers and said they would be at the house in a half hour to install the fridge that was left in our garage if we could be ready for them. They were great and apologized for how we had been treated by the other guys.
