The two gentlemen who installed our fridge were professional and very efficient.

The two guys who came for our installation could not have been better. They were respectful, safe, and courteous. Plus they did an excellent job of installing my new fridge.

Martin and Irvin from XPO Logistics did the installation and were beyond excellent.. and I'm picky picky about things. They were neat, careful, organized and knew exactly what they were doing. If you can...ask for them.

Install was quick and installer was knowledgeable so the process turned out seamless.

Everything was great except when taking out the old fridge they scraped a hunk of my wall taking it out. However Best Buy sent someone out right away and he did a great job of fixing the problem. Everything but the damage was great by the installers.

The Best Buy delivery team were very efficient and thorough. Unpacked and hooked up the new fridge in around 30 min. Also removed the old fridge. Very courteous ...Highly rec'd using BB for your delivery needs.

Even though there was a problem with my water valve at the connection point but the installation was done without any problems and the techs checked it s few times to make sure that the water flow was flawless.

Removed the old refrigerator and connected the new refrigerator and setup complete. Also showed how the air and water filters were installed.

I love our new refrigerator. The best buy appliance guy was knowledgeable and helpful. The refrigerator is roomy, and I love the retractable shelf for taller items like wine bottles.

We had to install this ourselves. Best Buy was not doing in home installations at the time because of COVID-19. Wish we could have had them install. I feel like we should have received some sort of credit for this or a call. We we’re told someone would reach out to us for a credit or gift card. No one ever reached out. That’s why I waited to do my review!
