My delivery was easy and seamless, they went above and beyond.

Very pleased with the quality of the braided hose along with the connection to the ice maker. Although it isn't a difficult task to hook up the ice maker, it's just nice to have someone else take care of it for you.

Came when they said and fitted it. Though I would say just slow down a little bit and take the packaging off properly.

I would rather mop the ocean floor dry, or eat a jean jacket whole before ever ordering from BestBuy again. The way that their customer support is always gonna disappoint is ridiculous. I've been a total tech member (now known as Best Buy Total) for almost 2 years and after it expires I can only pray to never have to set foot at a Best Buy again. I already had some bad experiences with Best Buy but decided to try them one last time and order my fridge from here. Ordering it from Lowe's would've been about 100 bucks cheaper with their black Friday deal but having total tech I decided to order from here, my first mistake. I got the installation package so that I could have it brought into the home and put up to ensure it was done well. Well, that was my second mistake. The fridge got scratched up. Front and center, I'm not sure if it was like that or if the guys installing it caused it but it has a big long scratch on the right door just at eye level and a few smaller ones on the left door lower. I contacted Best Buy support, and I should've known better. I get an agent who offers me 57 bucks. I paid about 1.2k for this fridge and open box is about 950, So I just asked for 100 dollars. I already had my old fridge taken away and I didn't want to go even longer without a fridge while I waited for an exchange. Well, you would think I was asking for their firstborn child. I then just agreed to have it exchanged and suddenly the only day I could get it within a reasonable time wasn't available. I have never had a company make me grovel and beg to get the bare minimum. From now on a friend of mine is no friend of Best Buy. I will personally pay the difference in a product for any friend or family of mine to buy things literally anywhere else but here.

Installation of this refrigerator was done professionally and all went well. The two men were very careful getting it off their truck and getting it inside my home.

They came in, set it up, connected water lines, drain line, everything. No complaints, super quick, super nice

Great installation went well, just took a couple of hours due to entry doors limited opening. But completed professionally.

The worst installer I have ever experienced. They arrive at the house at 1:pm with the rain pouring heavily and left saying I didn’t pay to uninstall the old ref. The never gotten a call on the first place and did not intend to dispose the old ref because it will go the garage as my old garage was broken that prompted me to buy a new one. The guy didn’t talk to me the buyer because my daughter interfered so he preferred to talk to my daughter. DISGUSTING, he called the customer service but because they phone given was my daughter’s phone, the customer service also didn’t want to talk to me the buyer. What a SHAME. He offered my daughter a $150 Beat Buy because the Installer left, and he wanted to scheduled a Saturday installation. Really, the inconvenience and disrespectful is just $150? I wanted this picked up and I would like to get my new Refrigerator at HomeDepot. I will never ever buy anything from Best Buy from now on, as customer service gotten. If there
