very polite and knowledgeable people! The guys were very polite and demonstrated care when handling the product.

AWFUL. They didn't bother to level the doors or the refrigerator. They were in a big rush to get to the next appointment. We were unhappy with fridge because of doors not being level, and started the return process. Meanwhile, they didn't leave the proper manuals. It is easy to level to doors per the manual that I found on line. Now I'm trying to cancel the exchange/delivery, but I'm getting put on hold and I'm fed up. There's no way I can do this that's evident on your web site. I'm not going to sit on hold in telephone jail any longer. Please cancel the exchange or you will not find us home tomorrow. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in buying an appliance.

Delivery well scheduled. Updates and calls were great. Delivery did include moving old fridge into garage. I arrived all done that evening and old fridge did have some dings and nothing had been mentioned

I had everything ready for them to place my refrigerator.

The install crew showed up on-time, was quick, polite and made everything very easy.

1st attempt to deliver they went to wrong house. 2nd attempt they broke the connection from water line to refrigerator. 3rd attempt successful, after following instructions from 2nd attempt. Nice guys though!

Doors do not stay open to the degree of my opening they go all the way to the end.

Fridge was placed in my garage and set up fast. No dings or scratches and the guys gave it a wipe down before they left.

Install crew were great!!!They notified me when they were coming, they were very friendly, informative & careful to keep the doors closed to the cold.

It was as fine. They wouldn’t connect the water line because it attached to a plastic line (would’ve been nice to know).... although the hardware they left did so I did it myself. Less than 10 minutes.

As with older homes and new appliances the old hardware needs updated and this product served that purpose exactly. Fit perfectly and will last a long time.

Good service and installation. Delivery men was quick, explained how to change from freezer to refrigerator and setting it up.

Refrigerator is good looking, buy there isn't enough space for tall items like milk and juice. However, the most thing that I am displeased with is the handle came off the door of the freezer compartment. I'm looking forward for the repair or replacement of this door handle. When this is fixed, I hope to enjoy this refrigerator for years to come.

The delivery specialists hooked up my water hose. Very careful and respectful of my home and property. No leaks from the connections and they made sure the hose didn’t kink when they put the fridge back.
