Purchase your own water line and install the item yourself.

The new refrigerator with new water line install is perfect. No leaks and no issues!

We paid for the installation of the new fridge. The store was fantastic about helping us get set up and adjusting the schedule to fit our house. However the installers ran into an issue with our installation, and got belligerent with my husband when he wouldn't just allow them to leave the fridge in the middle of my living room floor. They didn't have a long enough water line to hook it up to the R/O unit as the previous fridge. We were trying to find and alternate solution. While my husband was on the phone with the store getting the problem resolved the two installers kept trying to leave, insisting that he had wasted enough of their time and they were eating in to their personal time. The Store was able to help us with other options and we greatly Thank them. Once we got the fridge in place in the kitchen and plugged in they quickly left saying everything was good to go. When I got home from work 8 hrs later, they had only plugged it in, and never turned it on. So I lost the food that was transferred any way. I was pretty ticked off. I will recommend the install to others, under the caveat that be aware you may not get the most pleasant of installers, but the Store will bend over backwards to help solve your issues.

We thought that we could use the existing water line from our old fridge; however, when they arrived realized it was actually connected to the fridge. The delivery team had one on their truck and provided for us.

Installers were great. Very respectful and explained why they couldn't hook up the fridge's water supply line.

Just make sure your there and get water lines for your Install. Or else they’ll leave it.
