Charlie and his partner came and inspected our GE refrigerator . All connections were good and there was ice being made , but the dispenser motor was shot. It wasn’t getting power. He determined that it was an internal defect in the refrigerator and a new one was warranted. Charlie was great and he took care of all the details. I would use him again.

The installers were in a hurry but remained patient and did a great job!

We recently purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator from Best Buy. The delivery guys were the best. Friendly, knowledgeable and very good at their jobs. They took care to bring the refrigerator in the house and stayed to explain how it worked and answered any questions we had. We were very impressed with this delivery crew. Highly recommend them and wish all delivery crews were so great. Haven't had the refrigerator long enough to give a long term review but so far we really like the refrigerator they delivered.

The installers were efficient and quick with the refrigerator install. Hooked up the water line and we’re on their way. Excellent!

Installation scheduling was smooth with great communication for delivery timing. Crew unpacked outside and tidied up all materials. Fridge was moved through the house with great care and the team obviously knew all the tricks to make the process run smoothly. Water line connection done quickly and with confidence. Installation team demonstrated controls for Fridge and did not leave until we were confident in setting up the unit controls. Truly a "White Glove Service" installation.

Installation issue, due to mis-measuring. I am now on my third refrigerator all because of this problem. Had to have handyperson come in to take above cabinet down, so it would fit. That was an add’l $50. I had a home advisor come to my home to measure and make sure my options would work. He missed that one important detail. Every one of my 4 new kitchen appliances had issues going in, which cost me time and money. I have spoken with several representatives, who claim they would handle extra bills…they don’t return phone calls or emails. That is probably 3-4 different representatives who have shown me they don’t care!!! Refrigerator is awesome, now that it is in! I recommend the item, but not the customer service!!

Great guys. They installed everything without any issues. They also helped take all the packaging and recycling for me, so i had no clean up. Nice guys, and really quick.

Delivery and install guys are great. On time and were professional. My front door is less then 35 wide and they made the fridge fit by removing front door and storm door. Not a scratch or ding. They hooked it up to water, tested, leveled and aligned the door. They even removed all the plastic films and stickers. Super happy.

Second time is a charm. First delivery of ge cafe refrigerator was not so good- it arrived with dents and bends it shouldn't have. Geek squad arranged and new one to come (tookna bit longer then i wanted due to production delays). New one arrived and installers were great. Thanks for fixing the problem geek squad

The delivery crew did an amazing job and it didn’t take them long at all. I would definitely order from them again and purchase the installation option.

Purchased a 21.5 cf GE Refrigerator. They delivered, installed and took the old fridge. Very pleased with delivery/install. On-time, polite, professional. In/out in under 1 hr Love the fridge, works like a charm at a very good price

The refrigerator install went well. The team was responsive and was prudent when installing the appliance. Communication with the crew was limited due to language barrier which created some frustration but in the end, the job was well done.

This was added to my new fridge order. The crew failed to level all the way. The left side fridge door tries to close. It can be leveled at the bottom. I need to add to the honey do list.
