Great guys. They installed everything without any issues. They also helped take all the packaging and recycling for me, so i had no clean up. Nice guys, and really quick.

The installer did an excellent job and connected the water supply line to the refrigerator without any issues. He did it quickly and made sure there were no leaks.

In late December, as scheduled, Best Buy delivered our new LG 26 cu. ft. Side-by-Side refrigerator. They arrived on time, and by taking off the front door, brought in the new frig and took away our old one. The two deliverymen very quickly hooked-up the new required waterline, leveled the refrigerator, got it turned-on, replaced the front door, and left. Both were extremely nice, polite, and personable. Best Buy has always provided great dependable service. This was no exception.

The installation was great the guys were very careful and very polite. They had it up and running very quickly.

They did a careless job but “good enough”. Seemed like they just wanted to be in and out. They also wouldn’t hookup my copper water line but would replace it with braided stainlesss. That’s not what I wanted. I purposely have and want a copper line. Might be best to do it yourself if able since you’ll care for your stuff. Yes it’ll take you time and more effort but at least it’ll be a one touch ordeal instead of having them half-a it then you fix what they didn’t do up to your standards.

Install was quick easy and the guys that did the install were great did not rush and mad sure we were happy with everything and explained everything and told us the other door panel was on its way just had not arrived yet but they would be out to install as soon as it came in

I purchased a new replacement refrigerator. Already had the water hookup but needed to replace the line. this was the one recommended. Easy to install. Good length.
