Well, turned out we didn't even have a water line and they couldn't install that. So we paid for install for them to just plug it in the electrical outlet. Silly. So look into that before you pay for install if it's a new house, LOL!

Delivery crew was polite and very professional. Took care of all the details including taking the old freezer away for us. Well worth the fee for recycling.

Maybe they're restricted from normal installation procedures right now. Fridge was unboxed, handles installed and left. We had to unpack all the items inside, install bins, hook up water line, plug in, level and setup temps/features. Again, some people may prefer this from current safety precautions. I was looking for full service.

Even in the face of a pandemic, the Geek Squad delivered and installed our new refrigerator (12Sep20). The care and attention to CDC protocol were much appreciated.

We are working on getting a new dishwasher to complete the upgrade to our kitchen.

They called before they showed up to our house. And removed our old fridge and installed the new one. Both of the delivery men were very nice.

They stated that they were not allowed to hook the fridge up to the existing water line as it did not have a shut off in the kitchen (shut off was in the basement), They did say that I could do it while they were there so we could make sure it worked, I did. I don't really feel like the fridge was "installed", more moved into place.

The workers did a great job of bringing in the new refrigerator, installing and setting it up properly. The workers were very courteous.

Where they placed it was great, they listen greatly we had every thing ready for when they came.

They hooked up the water line.. did a good job but they did not use my purchase of the new water line kept the old one..
