Bought an ice maker installation kit and Best Buy installed it for me. They do everything so professionally and show you how everything works before they leave. Love shopping at Best Buy.

Refrigerator installed perfect no problems ever working on one year

Ice maker is loud but has great storage and looks very nice

The fridge is smaller than what was removed, but seems to be working fine. Ice maker that was installed makes some noise. Not a big deal so far. The delivery / installers were fantastic!!! Friendly, focused, and successful.

The men who came to install the refrigerator went above and beyond for the install. The front door had to be taken off in order to give the extra width to get the refrigerator through the door. They performed the install quickly and explained features of the refrigerator.

The installation of our new refrigerator was accomplished without a hitch . The men doing the installation were courteous , knew what they were doing , and were very professional . The installers took the time to show us the fine points of the new fridge . They also told us how to clear the water lines and the ice cube maker to make sure the water and ice would be clean .

Guy's were friendly and professional. They unboxed at the truck and let me inspect. It was brought into my garage for it's final resting place. I had to ask them to level it. After they left it was still not level but I was able to do it myself. This was an easy install as they just had to plug it into the outlet.

They helped with the installation. They did great.

the installer was able to adjust the doors slightly and unable to get them level after he left, I was able to move the refrigerator and the doors lined up

Love this fridge! Slate is gorgeous! Installation was smooth and easy, Mike and Travis were extremely nice and helpful! Only thing is was that after we dispensed the 3 gallons of water recommend, we tried using later that night and the dispenser was not working at all. The ice maker never started working either. So they have to come out and fix. Definitely recommend getting the geek squad warranty as it is already proving to be worth it.

when they finally came they delivered it and installed it and since i paid for the hual away they took the old one away as well. but left their dolly behind which i had to call them back to get.
